Hi JennBabe,
This product works only IF you work also. It’s a good product, I’ve tried it myself and on WLF I’ve saw some good reviews on Lipovarin.
Still you need to start eating healthy and exercise.
Lots of people did it, I am sure you can do it too.
Good luck. |

Hi Jenn, Hi Jenni,
I’ve lost about 20 pounds with Lipovarin. I did not combine it wit anything else.
I took Lipovarin, exercise 2 times per week at the gym and try to not eat after 7 o'clock. Sometimes when hunger strikes me I eat a diet bar or a fruit.
Oh, I for got to tell you that you need to drink lots of water with Lipovarin.
Good luck girls. |

Any new users of Lipovarin w/ any luck? |
|

What's up? I just ordered my bottle and should get it sometime next week. I've tried Hydroxycut, which worked rather well at first, but I think I've built an immune to it! Xenerdrine, didn't work at all...and I've read some reviews about TrimSpa, very mixed reviews. Anyway, I'm 27 looking to loose 10 to 15 lbs if possible. I tend to eat right, unless the munchies hit at 2am (+ alcohol!!) and I exercise reguarly, so I'm hoping it will work. JennBabe, have you seen any results yet? Or anyone else just starting out for that matter?

Hi Nick,
Hi All,
10 to 15 lbs is not much. You can do it. I am having the same problem with the 2 am munchies. I go out with my friends and sometimes drink a couple of beers. When I come back at home the munchies attack me.
You can solve this with some diet bars. You can eat lots of those and not get any weight.
I use Lipovarin for some time and it works great.
Best of luck. |

There are lots of bars out there. Make sure that you do not get creatine or protein bars because those will make you fat.
Go to any fitness center and ask for diet bars. Some are even tasty with cereals and fruits. They stop your hunger and do not make you fat. When the munchies strikes just eat one or two and you will be alright.
Good luck. |

| there are no such things as DIET BARS....you guys are sadly mistaken...they are loader with calories and now with tons of carbs and fat. These bars are ONLY for those times you cannot get another other meals or protein shakes. THESE BARS are the reason so many woman cant lose weight!!! Anyone with nutritional knowledge will tell you the same.... |

Hello to you all,
Can someone please explain to me the thing about protein bars. I have heard a couple people mention that they make you gain weight. My problem is that I need the added protein. You see, after having my son, I was told I was low in that area. I can now go back to diet and exercise, but I still need the extra protein. So, from what you all have said I am defeating the purpose. What can I take/eat for protein that won't mess me up? Please help.

Protein bars are for people that want to gain weight. Protein bars are for people that are doing bodybuilding.
Weight loss bars are for people that want to loose weight. They are low on proteins and fat. Weight loss bars are good to snack something that does not makes you fat. Late at night you just can eat one and go to sleep without being fear that you will get fat after eating one.
Good luck |

I know what bars you are talking about. Actually there is a really good one that I like eating by Special K. They just came out with it. They have strawberry and blueberry ones. The bars only have 90 calories, they are really filling and taste great. These are not protein/ weight GAIN bars. Hope that helps. You can find them at your local grocery store. |
