I am so excited! |
|
|
After being depressed about my weight, I finally realized I have to DO something to fix it! And I'm very excited. I cannot believe how much better I feel.
I started walking every day, am drinking tons of water, taking vitamins, and eating healthy. It doesn't even feel like a diet and I can't beleive that I had been eating such gross food for so long. I'm also taking ephedra pills, which immensely helps curb my appetite. But most importantly, I am finally doing the right things, including eating breakfast.
Here's my Mon-Fri meals, I eat the same things each day, but I vary spices, methods of preparation, etc. :
Breakfast: 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites scrambled together with veggies and hot sauce
Lunch: 6 inch healthy subway on wheat bread
Dinner: Chicken breast, grilled with veggies. Or shrimp, seafood, etc. Any lean meat.
It's about 800 calories, chich gives me some room to eat a bit more if I'm hungry, which I have not been. The first couple days were hard, but my appetite has decreased so much.
I also give myself a "splurge" once a week, as long as the portion is small and I'm not going way overboard.
Anyway, I just wanted to share and to tell everyone that if I can change my ways, so can anyone! |

Good for you
Be careful about going that low on the calories though, you will slow down your metabolism. Just keep it healthy and keep exercising. I personally don't react well to ephedra so this may sound a little biased. They are not healthy, please read up on them so you know what to be careful about and take an objective eye to how your body reacts to them. For me I stopped using them because I got to the point I couldn't function without them. I was losing weight without trying, but I decided that it wasn't worth my health. The best way to increse your metabolism is though diet and exercise, if you need more information on how to do that ask and I will try my best to help you out (no qualifications, just done alot of research for myself)
