I cant remember the exact science for omega3 off the top of my head, but if you look it up online there is lots of information. It is recomended by the FDA because alot of people are deficient.

Well my weight hasn't changed since my last post, but I am really starting to be able to be able to see the difference in my face. My body fat is now between 51.5% and 52.5% so I know I'm losing fat Very Happy I just took my measurements last night so I'll post them along with new ones once I see some more change.

How have you been doing Jen? Try a more agressive exercise while thinking about your boss, you will burn more calories and burn off more frustration at the same time.

Welcome to the challenge Bronccat Very Happy I'm trying to lose another 30# for the end of this challenge too. We need to lose 3.3# a week to make goal, and if not we will still look better after this challenge than when we started.

JEN, where are you Question We want to hear how you are doing.

As for me I was slipping a little, but the plateau I hit was a bit of a reality check so I'm back to losing again Very Happy

i am here, just rarely posting. i have been doing moderately OK, but just OK and i am afraid to weigh in for a few days until i stay on track for more than a day.
but really its not even about the scale right now, i want to fit into some things that don't fit right now and i want to look GOOD in them, and that is not how it is today, so more work needs to be done.
thanks for sharing your progress with me. it helps when i am losing so slowly being close to my goal.

I know that this is the low end of my weight fluctuation but it is the lowest it has ever been so at least the scale is moving in the right direction overall. I'm now 166.6# and 50% bodyfat Very Happy

Well I ended up at 163# for the challenge. Not where I wanted to be, but still happy to be losing weight.

Well..

I didn't make my goal.

On May 5th I got sick - for three weeks I have an upper respiratory thing that made me a bit hypertensive - and as such I was off my pills. During that time, despite watching my intake - I gained 7 lbs.

Then I really got after it again and got back to 290 - where I am stuck for four weeks now. Two weeks ago I was eating around 1100 cals a day, taking my pills, working out, drinking water....and nothing was happening.

Arrgghhhhh I wish I had my old supplement back (AM 300)...
