Hi I am looking for good weightlos pills

Hi i am new here i am currently very over weight i have lost 18 lbs with eating healthy and taking leptopril but it was getting expesive and i am at a weight stall and i still have 66lbs to lose. What pills really work for losing weight i either eat very little or over eat so i am looking for something to help with my appetite as well.

also is there any legit sites that give away free samples or are they all a hoax.
