Hi SB,
Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums,
Trim Spa helped lots of people from this forum. Trim spa is a good appetite suppressor and will give you a boost of energy.
Check out the forums and see that other people had to say about it.
What else did you tried before?
Keep us posted on your results.
Good luck.

You need to follow a diet and exercise. Lower your caloric intake and go to the gym. You can loose weight with or without Trim Spa or Lipovarin.
Thouce pills can just help you by lowering your appetite and giving you energy to work out. If you habe lots of weight to lose I recomend you to try them but Trim Spa or Lipovarin will not make your fat just dissapear.
Good luck. |

Make a Plan - Today! |
|
|
I agree, whether or not you decide to try TrimSpa, or any of the other products out there, you need to commit to a plan. Atkins, South Beach, or Weight Watchers - or whatever - get with a plan that has a specific menu each day. Plan each day or week ahead of time. It's imperative, especially if you're someone who's "always hungry" and can't get it under control. When your day is unplanned, that leaves too much room to improvise and eat what you shouldn't, or try to skip a meal and more than make up for it at the next one. And the next one....
Planning each day also gives you something you need to win the weight war: IT PUTS YOU BACK IN CONTROL. Susan Pewter might've been a little wacko in her delivery, but she was right when she said "you gotta breath, you gotta move, and you gotta eat"
Diet pills will only help to a certain degree, YOU still have to do the work. There's no pill out there that will give you the freedom to eat whatever and whenever and still allow you to loss weight. |
