Hi

I have ordered my pills, and should be getting them anytime soon.

I had a few questions.

Would it be ok to have cereal in the morning or toast maybe with reductil?

Also, does the appetite suppressant effect vary? Can you feel your appetite decreasing the first day or after a few?

What is the most people have lost in a week, or a month on a 15mg course?

Also, is anybody taking any other supplements to help?

advice appreciated

I have been takin reductil for three and a half weeks so far i have lost a stone and two pound in my first week i lost nine pound which was a total shock. still have a long way to go yet but i am sticking to a low fat diet which i find is really working. I have weetabix in a morning with skimmed milk not sure which cereal you would want to eat but as long as its low fat cant see you having a problem. Side effects main one i would say is feeling tired but this could be due to cutting food down i have a few friends on these and they are all experiencing sleep disturbance. I have now started taking vitamins with iron and feel much better so recommended it to my friends. I have tended to be constipated on these but found laxatives sort this out only me having this problem though so would depend on you really. I still have a night drinking but stick to vodka diet coke. I dont have any cravings on these which is good i find sticking to 3 small meals a day easy. The instructions say common side effects disappear in 4 weeks so will report if that happens as not far off that stage now. In my honest opinion they make dieting easier but you still have to do the hard work by sticking to a healthy diet. Let me know how you get on if you need any more info or diet tips only to happy to help. Good luck to you hope you find this helps you out.

Hi there,
It's Dr. Amr Ebied and I've written a blog about Reductil that you might wanna check out while you're on your course.
Just go to "searchplato", and tell me what you think.
Thanks

hi sibutramine 10mg capsules is actually reductil, not heard of the zenslim though.. I noticed the effects straight away, what it did do was curb my appetite, I would expect to lose 7 pounds a month thats what I have lost regularly every month since starting with reductil.  As for the exercise I'm pretty much the same as you, I walk and I walk loads :D I started slowly but when I'm working I walk to and from work, which is a 7 mile round trip, (took me a while to get to 7 miles though), any exercise is good though and walking is the best exercise going.  The chances on it not working are high if you're not committed to losing weight you do have to be in the right frame of mind, remember that the fact that you're cutting back on the food will cause your weight loss, not the tablets.  The tablets target a spot in the brain that controls your appetite..my tips are have a good low calorie breakfast with your reductil tablet at the start of the day, drink plenty of water and if you're hungry nibble on dried fruit, if u fancy a sweet treat have it after your first weigh in as a reward, I do this every month and have always lost weight. My email is shortysouter@hotmail.com if u want to keep in touch more for the support....when u say you don't feel anything yet do you mean you don't feel any different than normal with the tablets or just you don't feel like you've lost any weight????
