Has anyone heard of doing this? I am really thinking about it, but not sure about the doses!

Oh and would excedrin work for the asprin and the caffine?

Hey, yeah, the ECA stack is really common in the bodybuilding world - and although I personally have no interest in achieving the bodybuild look, they are the most serious group when it comes to cutting bodyfat and getting as lean as possible so they know their stuff! And ECA (or even just the EC without the aspirin or ECY with yohmbine) is often referred to as the most potent legal combo for fat loss.

I'm really happy with Lipodrene though, but I'd still like to get my hands on pure ephed and make my own EC stacks Smile

How safe is this? Is dengerous to mix that, it can lead to serious heart problems. You do not need that.

I have tried this combo and it done absolutely nothing for me. Aside from swallowing a ton of pills a day, the only thing that ever worked for me was the original "Trukers-luv-it" pills that contained ephedra. I have been looking everywhere for them since the ban has been lifted with no luck. If you do try this combo, good luck, I know that just because it did not work for me does not mean that it won't for you Smile

Whoa! I hope you do NOT do that. That combination is a definite route to cardiac arrest - no matter HOW OLD you Are.

Hit the weights & drink protein shakes & take supplements! But, please don't take the other deadly risk. There is Nothing SAFE in popping ephedra, caffeine and aspirin (or Excedrin), together. Crying or Very sad

I don't know you but I offer this combo: Recommended dosage of Ephedra, plus YOUR Inner Strength & Your Determination. You'll be a hell of alot healthier and a whole lot prouder of your accomplishments. I'm not trying to knock you or tell you not to use ephedra. Just don't mix it with the rest!
