Would someone mind sending me the website? It seems this place has a good rep, and I like the COD idea.

Question though, does FEDEX actually let you open the package before you pay? And what if it isn't right, can you get in trouble for having to explain to them that you were buying phen? I've done COD before but was never weary before about not getting what I paid for.
