Does it make you jittery? I heard Anna say on a talk show that she really had to force herself to eat. You are so right, she looks incredible, she used to be HUGE, the change is soooo amazing.

Hi,
I just started taking the trim spa yesterday and I felt great. I usually fall alseep at the end of the evening and now I find I have energy all day.
I had to bump up to 2 twice a day,but I don't take it with my evening meal. I so far have to make myself eat and I have a headache(only slightly) so I am increasing my water intake....Anyone else use it ??? |

How over weight were you when you started
I am M 184" 5-11" larger than normal build. I have lost 10 lbs from sticking to a workout plan and cutting back on th "bad" foods.
Finding it hard to loose anymore weight.
thinking about trying TrimSpa.
Cheers |

trimspa |
|
|
| Have a friend who has used Trimspa for 5 weeks and has gone from a 20 to a size 14... She's average height and now average build. She swears by it, so now that I'm finished nursing my newest, I'm ready to try it. |
