What is HIIT training?
Hi,
I just came over some cardio programs. I know that if you burn fat you also "burn" muscles. HITT is a cardio program that would allow you to save the muscle tissue and burn only the fat. Haw anyone tried it?
HITT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Is the best cardio training in my opinion. The good part is that HITT burn fat without burning muscle. Also HITT takes away the endless hours on the thread mill.
The downside is that HITT is not for everybody. You have to be in a good shape to be able to do it.
Ill try this summer to do a few HITT trainings and let you know what I really think about it and the reasults.
Basically its a cardio training very intense. Instead of running 10 minutes you run up to 60 seconds at maximum capacity.
The results are better, it really turns on the metabolism. Another advantage is that you do not burn out your muscles. Its the best cardio for bodybuilders.
