Thank you for the post.  I have been going up and down in my weight for about 10 years. 3 years ago I was a size 5, now I'm a size 22. Atkins helped me get down to 140 lbs, but I plateued (sp). Then my friend (who was 105lbs) introduced me to addy. Addy and I had a great relationship, until she moved. Since she isn't here it motivate me I went from 125 lbs to 225lbs. So any suggestions besides Atkins, Low-Cal, High-Protein, etc., would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a member for awhile but don't post much just read but I have a question for anyone.I keep reading that there is a new regulation on phentermine and that some sites have had to close down until the site can be updated.Does this effect the sites that have COD only?I have used DrB before and then they sent me email with Dr in my state for a face to face appt. only to find out that that Dr quit and they are having problems getting started.Called Dr B Betty asked if I could fly to Vegas for my f2f. WTF.It makes it even worse is I live in one of those states that you can't ship to.Can anyone give me some suggestions?I really need some help.PM with thoughts or let me know what you all think.I dont checks messages everyday but I will write back.Thanks Bones

bones - u must be in IL?? i actually went to see that 'affiliate' dr of theirs and when i went to refill, they tell me they were having problems with him and asked if i could fly out to vegas for a f2f with another dr (i posted a thread on it called 'uh oh, problems with dr.b') ...so, i feel ur pain, sorry

Try using a search engine with the keywords "medical weight loss center*" or "medical weight loss clinic*". You might find one in a neighboring state. I know IL is difficult.

I ordered online from one of these sites, I researched, etc, but sadly, I also was ripped off.  I really wish I had seen this forum earlier, like $300 earlier, LOL.  I totally understand you folks who have invested valuable time and don't want just anyone to ruin that.  I have been going to a doctor that is about two hours away from my house, but I just hate driving down there and the doctor is kind of rude.  If you "veterans" of the forum will let me know, can I post the site I ordered from and exactly what I got?  I don't want to break the rules.  If you are willing to share info, that is great.  I am willing to wait, though also.  I can tell you about my background (to verify non-spy status!!) if anyone wants to know. 
Just as far as personal weight loss goes, here's what I've been doing lately.  Whole grains have helped me a little.  Quinoa is one of my favorite, it's easier to cook than rice and if you cook it in broth, not bad with chicken, fish, etc.  Of course my appetite is my biggest problem and I have foot problems that complicate exercise for me, so phen really helps!

I am determined to find what I need.
Divorce is almost final, working 2 jobs, fat, and have 2 kids to take care of. I need it for energy and the extra 50lbs I need to lose.
If only I could figure out the search box....
