What a great site! I was so confused with reading reviews on several different sites like Amazon, etc. The people that gave it good ratings were bashed by the negatives saying that the good reviews were from employees from the Company & the good reviews said that the bashers were from the competition leaving one to be very confused on if I should give this a try. I found this site to be VERY usefull & am very exited to start. After my second child who is now going on 1, I'm feeling discouraged that I'm still about 20 Ib's over weight. I lost all my pregnancy weight with my first one after only 6 months. Now one year later after the birth of my son, my weight seems to be stuck at 150. I was about 128 prior, & that is my goal. I'm really hoping that this will help. I've started working out 3 times a week & really have adjusted my eating habits. It's hard to watch your carbs when your busy on the go & find yourself frequenting drive thru's. I have found salads to be a good choice when on the go. I'm not a coffee drinker & in reading many reviews here, I think I will start with the 1/1 in the beginning & go from there. Wish me luck!

Well it's been 4 days since I started the Lipovarin & I've lost about 3 lb! I'm not sure if it's all from the Lipovarin because I have also drastically changed my eating habits. I've been drinking ALOT of water & keeping my daily intake of calories to about 1200 & my protein intake is about 100 grams per day. I haven't had much time to work out lately so all in all I am VERY pleased with my results thus far. I'm a stay at home mom who works 2-3 evenings a week part-time ( my sanity time ) Very Happy ,
so it's not easy having time to go to the gym. I imagine once I incorporate more exercise into my daily routine, I'll loose even more. I've learned alot about how your body processes certain things that you eat. For instance, all these fat free foods that are out there. Most of them have more sugar in them than the regular non fat version which in turn turns into guess what... FAT! Low fat peanut butter, don't bother. Eating a banana aday? May as well be eating an icecream cone! There is so much sugar in a banana that it will raise your Glycemic index (which produces insulin) sky high producing, insulin, sugar, end result FAT! Don't get me wrong, bananas offer alot of good nutrition too, potassium, etc. , but if your watching your weight, watch your intake of these! Did you also know that a "plain" baked potato is MORE fattening than if you put a dollop of sour cream & sprinkled it with cheeze! These facts can all be found in the South Beach diet book. While I'm not really following the diet exactly, it really has taught me alot about how your body reacts to certain foods. You'll never eat the same way again after reading this book! Well time to go. My 1 year old has just destroyed my 3 yr olds lego castle & I see a melt down ready to happen! Smile More updates to come!
