I was taking Herbalean ER. Within the first two weeks, I saw results. It's low in Ephedra but you have energy all day. I actually stopped taking them, for now, because I lost all the weight I wanted to in six weeks. Definitely worth a try.

Because Herbalean is an Extended Release form, one a day should be enough. Take it in the morning and it will last for about 8 hours. For some, it takes a few days to start feeling it. If you take more than one, you may find it will keep you awake at night. Keep us posted.

Ok...one more quick question. Is it safe to take "Poke Root" with herbalean? Poke root is an herb and it has no side effects what so ever. It helps decrease fat build up in the abdominal area. It is an herb that my friend told me about. Her holistic med dr told her about it. Any thoughts?
