Hello!
I'm a young girl, and I'm unhappy about my midsection. I'm not huge or anything but I have like 15 pounds I'd like to lose. I want to be able to wear a grad dress by June. I've been very active but I'd like to try a weigth loss pill as well to help me out a bit. My mom and I aren't sure what to buy. Could any of you give me some suggestions? I'd like to buy something that's not a prescription, and works well.

Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums.
If you have medical problems you need to check out with your doctor.
If your health is in good shape you can try Lipovarin or Trim Spa. Before buying see the ingredients and make sure that you are not allergic to any.
A healthy nutrition and exercising also need to be a part of your life.

There are many exercise plans. It all depends on your body and time. I go to the gym 3 times per week and exercise 2 or 3 muscular groups. Each group have 4 or 5 exercises and 6 to 8 repetitions when I work out for building mass and 10-12 repetitions when I work out for definition.
The best way to find out what is the best thing for you just go to the gym and ask around.
