LuckySmile-Wow. That is fantastic-good for you. What an accomplishment. You look great. Very motivating and so true. I can relate to a lot of the things you said over the past year for me also. I don't have before/after pictures because I was so horrified everytime someone took a picture of me, I would throw them away.
I lost another pound this past week and am at 173 now. I know that I won't get to 170 before I leave Saturday, but I plan to stay focused while on vacation and be at 170 when I return. I'll be gone for 2 weeks, so that should be possible.
Thanks everyone for the challenge. It kept me focused and accountable and that is huge for me. I am so motivated to keep going because I know I can do it and will get there. I wish you all the best of luck.
I may pop in on the October challenge and let you know how I did when I return from vacation. It has been so busy lately, I don't even have time to check the postings. |

THanks for the invite to the Oct Challenge.
That is a long one for me. I loose focus when they are long. I started a Labor Day challenge in the meantime. All are welcome. I am doing my own model Blitz again to get back in my swing. 42 days of fun!
Congrats again to all that did so well!
OH- I did not do so badly after all. Weight and Bodyfat% stayed the same. I lost inches all over with my switch to tennis. The cool thing is that T-Tapp should pull all that in even farther. Hooray! I didn't even focus on eating these past few weeks. NOW I'm excited for the Labor Day Challenge!

well this is the first challenge that i have completed and i have made progress which feels great. i know i posted measurements some time during this challenge but i can't find the post to compare, but with one day left i will be posting my official weigh in tommorrow, but i am weighing 131 today, a pound off my goal and i know that after today i will stay on track. thanks to everyone for being with me during this time. i got off a plateau that had lasted almost a year and i think that i will now go try on the clothes that were my 'goal clothes' before the challenge started.
