I never used it but I know that most hoodia out there is just a scam. Watch out for what are you buying. I can have more luck with this question in the Ephedra forum.
I use Hoodia DEXL10. It works for me, I take 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. It works best if you use it everyday. I get it from drugstore.com and if you get a GNC card it's cheaper. I bought 2 the last time. I'm a major muncher and not being hungry made me realize that I was eating out of boredom mostly.

I started it almost two weeks ago at 196, now I am at 188 with no changes other than taking the Hoodia, no exercise or anything.
Ive tried other hoodia but the liquid form is the best one. You place it under your tongue (2 drops) and it goes right into your blood stream. Most hoodia pills goes to your stomach, then it has to wait to dissolve, and then it enters your bloodstream...but takes forever to enter it because of the process.
I suggest taking the liquid form that you have to place UNDER your tongue. It works faster. Just be sure to set your alarm to remind you to eat because it really works great in suppressing your appetite- you might forget to feed yourself. it really works with cravings too.
Best one Ive tried which is reasonably priced is devoted.to/herbal Actually, I swear by 3 of their products that Ive tried -colon cleanser-hoodia juice and Cortaway.
Just remember, even if you dont buy it through them...look for the Hoodia juice that is in liquid form and that you place UNDER your tongue.
Hoodia juice works better than any prescribed medicine that the doctors try to perscribe to their obese patience. The ones the doctors try to give you is full of chemicals and is VERY expensive (like 60 and up) and it doesnt do crap! Best to always go natural-

My sister took hoodia only for a few days but she did not feel different so stopped. It all depends on the discipline of being able to follow any weight loss plan.
I bought the hoodia chews from GNC - the real stuff. It didn't really work well for me, and it also gave me horrible gas and indigestion. Not sure if this is a typical side effect, but I had to stop after a few weeks. Blech.
I've read that you really need to be careful with what hoodia you buy. There is a type that has two names...and I can't remember what it is, but this is the one you want. Sorry I can't be more helpful there...maybe someone else knows what this is.

When I was on my weight loss plan, I had mustered the desire to eat clean. As such, I did not really feel the need for Hoodia. However, if you have difficulty controlling your eating, it my be worth looking into. Without using Hoodia, I managed to lose 80 pounds in four months. I kind of made my own weight loss plan based on my reseach.

personally i have never met anyone that hoodie has worked for..... if you are looking for a supplement that works really well i would try clen tabs from stacklabs.com thats where i get mine from and im not really sure you can get them from anywhere else.... good luck....
