and it doesn't seem to work for me. Label says to take it before breakfast or before lunch. Started to take it before lunch (around noon to 12:30pm) for the first 2 days. I was awake til about 3am! Then started to take it before breakfast (9am). Still awake til late! Was really looking for the energy THROUGHOUT the day, but only seem to get that kick at the END of the day. The last 2 days, I've found myself SLEEPY in the afternoon! I ordered 3 bottles...don't know how much longer I should give this a chance? Has this happened to anyone??? HELP??

Wow, you started taking 2 a day? Did it keep you up late? This past Sunday was 1 1/2 weeks of taking it. Monday I stopped taking it...figured if I cycled off it, give my body a break for a few days, then start back up, I'll see a change? Confused

I had a headache most of the day, that's for sure! Tuesday was fine, though. I'll probably start back up on Thursday...I'll let you know how it goes. Although I have a feeling it's just not gonna work for me Sad

I just bought some Stimerex ES, has anyone here tried this stuff?? It's my first time trying Ephedra and all I can say is WOW....I can only take one a day because other wise it makes me jittery and sickly. I haven't had what I would call off the wall energy or anything like that, it effects me more like...puts me in a great mood, very optimistic and positive threw out the day. Tried taking 1 in the morning yesterday, then I took a half a pill at 1pm and felt yukky for a couple of hours after. Don't think I will try that again LOL....this stuff has 25mg ephedra extract from leaves, am I taking the right stuff here?? haven't seen any weight loss yet, but it's only been a few days on it. Thanks for any input Smile

Stimerex will ultimately ONLY make you feel yucky. It won't work. You'll only find yourself with sweaty armpits and a racing heart with chest pains down the road. It's not worth it. Unfortunately, your new to ephedra, so you had not experienced it's (positive) effects pre-banned, when the mg's were greater.

At that time your weight loss was rapid. The only thing rapid now with ephedra is your heart rate, and that is quite dangerous. Consider the lifetime effects.

Well the only reason I purchased it was because I had read so many good reviews on the stuff, I haven't had any pounding heart thing yet, not to say that that wont happen, but just a feel good mood. Although I am only taking 1 in the morning, the bottle says take 3 a day and I am like NOT SO MUCH LOL. But thanks for your concern and I will be careful, if I feel anything weird going on I will stop it straight away, I am the kind of person who doesn't even like to take aspirin for a head ache, so this really is taking a walk on the wild side for me.
