EPHEDRA

Ephedra is from Chinese medicine.  As a doctor of Chinese medicine I should tell you that Ephedrine is best used for asthma.  Your misusing it for quick, temporary results.  It is hard on your system which will eventually lead back to obesity.  Rather than taking a part of Chinese medicine out of context, why not look at the theory of weight loss and take that instead.  When people use ephedra and then get heart attacks (no supprise from a traditional perspective) people who are dying of asthma can't have a cure because it becomes illegal.  Take the right medicine and stop abusing substances which you are not fully aware of.   Try this internal organ masssage

Their are spleen tonifying herb and herbs to drain damp as well.  Forget about ephedra, it will hurt you in the long run.
