Does anyone know if this is just a big hoax? And if not, which product do you use? Just the regular pills, the fat blocker, carb blocker or all of them together? Thanks!

I use the x32. I love the stuff. No shakes, headaches, jitters. Just not hungry. For the price people pay for diet pills I think my money was spent wisely. Razz

[b] is the x32 just another name for the ephedra free kind? there are only 2 types of trim spa, right? I am thinking of starting this weekend. Do you take it as directed, or only 1-2 a day (like those who take the one with ephedra)?
THANKS!

Very Happy I lost 11 pounds in 12 days..I feel great and I am more motivated then I have ever been..I dont like diet and have spent 12 years trying to lose the extra 50+ pounds I carry around on my body...so far so good with trimspa and I haven,t had to start exercising everyday I just take the pill once a day...I also find it makes you less hungry and so you dont eat high fat foods or binge...

What is the occasion on June 30th?? I'm just curious.
Let's see...that's exactly 15 weeks away. PIECE OF CAKE!! That's two pounds per week. Nothing out of reach with that. Completely possible!!!
If you haven't already, buy the trimspa x32 and take that in addition to watching what you eat. The appetite suppression will help you eat better.
I would also LOVE to lose 30 pounds by June 30th. We're going on vacation that day. Keep me posted!!

I eat a salad, I just recently started and eating salad fills me up. the salad consists of three grilled chinken strips (the frozen kind that you stick in the microwave) and instead of dressing I add lemon juice, tomatoes. to drink I serve myself a large glass of water and that's it! I think that the idea is to eat something healthy at least three times a day, because just by taking pills it doesn't mean that you're going to loose the weight, you need to follow a healthy diet and exercise. i hope that this answered your question.
