Has anyone tried Hydroxycut Hardcore, or any of the ephedra free hydroxycuts? Do they work? Side effects?

I've tried Hydroxycut. It give you a tremendous energy AND also some nasty side effects such as insomnia, dizziness and even heart pains. The heart pains really made me stop taking it.
Do not take it if you have a heart condition.

There are many hydroxcuts out there, which one did you take? Did you take one with ephera?

For what it's worth I belive in listening to my body, if I have any side effects I will stop taking it. I have been eating healthy and exercising for awhile now and was just looking for something with an extra edge :D But your right, it's not worth putting your body at risk 8) but everyone does react differently to different things.

I know you had side effects that made you stop taking it but did you lose and weight while on it? How long did you take it for?

I used the caffeine Hydroxycut from GNC. I do not drink coffee so this may be a reason to my problems.

Im new to Hydroxycut hardcore, I was looking for Lipovarin but they didn't sell it at the stores so the lady there told me the Hy. Ha. is good and everyone was taking it. Im amazed to how many people said is good but i can't find many reviews. Anyway I started today, see what happens within a week and I let you know the results. Im just afraid of the side effects + I've been reading that more men than wowen use Hydroxycut Hardcore. It is a ok for women too?? I don't want a lot of muscles...I just want to drop weight. :cry:

I stopped taking it because I was having chest problems that I think were triggered by the caffine (I had this before I started taking it too with another product). Other than that I really liked it, I still take one on days that I find I'm running low on energy. It seemed to give me energy without making me jittery so I really liked it.

My advice is to start with 2 pills a day for awhile (not just the first 3 days) and increase your dose only if you stop seeing results. This way it will last 3x as long and you can increase your dose as your body gets used to it. I found that 2 pills a day gave me just as good of weight loss as 6 a day did anyhow.

All I have to say is GET READY FOR THE RED POO! I got a great burst of energy, enough to run 2 miles in the 100 degree weather of Iraq but make sure you're exercising near a restroom because the cramps will start about 30 mins into your workout and you better have enough energy to run to the bathroom cause you'll need it!

ok im 17 years old 165 lbs i work out every day and i decided to take hydroxycut to try and get a bit more cut. It gave me relitivly heavy side effects. I would exsperiance jitters from taking 6 pills a day. I became dizzy and sick to my stomache frequently. over all except for that i noticed i did get thiner and more deffiniton to my core.

I'm 21 yrs old I weighed 200 lbs being 5'9 I started taking Hydroxycut Ha.  5 weeks ago. Have been eating healthy and going to the gym everyday. Today I weighed in at 184 and can see definition of muscles, but I do also take whey protein after workout. I do recommend the product, but also on the start don't start thinking that more pills more weight burned. For the first week start taking 2 daily. One in the morning one before last meal (30min before). Then next week 4 daily and keep it like that until you stop seeing results.
