Diet patches DO NOT work

Do not waist your money on diet patches. It really does not work. Ive tried a couple of patches and I absolutely have no effect.

Hey, Damian, sorry to see you so disappointed! What brand did you use and for how long? It’s important to know if you followed the procedure right, because it may determine the efficiency of the patch. I’m curios to find out more about your experience!

Is the diet patch meant to reduce your appetite? The best way, in my opinion, to lose weight is to exercise and reduce the portion of food that you consume at a time... So have smaller portions but eat more often if you like...
