I've been on phase 2 for a while now, and I seem to be at a stand-still with the weight. I only want to lose a few more pounds, maybe 5 at the most - any advice/tips?
I've been on phase 2 for a while now, and I seem to be at a stand-still with the weight. I only want to lose a few more pounds, maybe 5 at the most - any advice/tips?
The thing that has helped me the most has been picking 7 recipes I liked, (got someSouth Beach Diet Recipes here) and then only cooking those 7 for a month, then switching it up the next month. When I go to the store, I only buy the things I need to make those recipes. It helped keep the 12lbs I've lost off so far, plus it has made shopping REALLY simple.
are we llowed to drink milk in phase 1.
I tried the south beach diet and it wasn't for me. I am finding that applying some good dieting rules and using a few 'helper' supplements, I am able to lose weight pretty quickly. I'm down from 185 lbs to 165 lbs, and am shooting for 135 pounds before summer is out.
