new to site...
hello all my name is michelle and im from washington state.. I am 29 yrs old married and a mother of 1. I have always been a bigger girl but still managed to look good . before i had my son i weighed 160. and im 5'6 . I hold my weight well because most thought i only weighed like 140 .. anyways .. I met my husband started living a healthy happy life style again and then i got pregnant.. i gained 70 lbs during my pregnancy . Well my son is almost 5 now . and i want to hide when i say it but i now weigh 335. wow that looks so bad .... yea yea i hold my weight well and i look like i weigh 250 who cares ... i hate looking at myself which is messin with my sex life cause i dont want him to see me .. I just miscarried about 7 months ago... we want another child but i have decided i need to loose weight first .... i wanna buy those eph200 pills but i dont know i need more feedback on them ... im at my wits end and need help i know i need to lose weight but why cnat i get the jump to do it ... i dont want to die and i dont want to get diabetes anyone out ther wanna give me a good kick ... i dont wanna join anyweight wathcers or anything ..... and my husband is willing to do it all with me .... help help help .... should I even waste my time with those pills ? or does anyone have anyother idea of pills that dont have ephedra it makes me really sick ... thank you so much

I won't tell you what pill to try because I don't know myself, but I will pass on some weight loss tips to lose weight the healthy way.
Tips:
-eat 5-6 mini meals a day
-never let your calories go below 1200 a day
-drink 1 oz of water per 2# of bodyweight I know this sounds like alot, but it is one of the only magic weight loss pill out there, and the only side effect is having to pee
-eat 80% of your calories by 3 pm
-strength train
-work on your posture
-try to get protien in every meal
-set goals
-start right now, don't wait to start being healthy
-forgive yourself when you have a less than healthy day
-take pictures now so you can see your progress
-join one of our challenges they are great for tips and accountability
Please don't take this as advice against diet pills, just remember though that they are ment to supplement a healthy diet and exercise not replace it
