Hi dejasnow,
Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums.
I'm glad you joined one Challenge. Do not worry if this one will end soon. there will be plenty more.
Pills aren't really essential in loosing weight, they help but there are plenty other ways to do it.
Feel free to tell us more about you, your training and nutrition.
Good luck. |

LOL Light, this is a new challenge.
As for pills I agree that they are not needed. But I would recomend taking a multivitamin and a fish oil supplement. |

Hello! I'll join you in this challenge! Maybe this is the kick in the pants that I need! I journal everything online, and I changed my goal date to October 20th! I'm going to try for a 20 pound loss--this should be easy to achieve, since it would be about 1 pound a week.
Good luck to you, and let's do this thing! :d |

Today I'm up a little to 167.2# but I did take a few days off for my health.
How are the rest of you doing????
I started Hydroxcut Hardcore today, if you want to follow my progress with it I started a journal in the other diet pills forum. |

| well for now it is my goal because I just had a baby (6months ago) and I plan on having my second once I loose the weight. My size is not very clear I am still using some of the maternity clothes. I lost 100 lbs abput 2 yrs ago by excersice and cutting back on meals. But this time it seems like my metabolism is going backwards. But its not working. I have tried everything. I hate vegetables so I am trying to eat healthier and less. I excerce Tea bo 3x a week and walk 30 min twice a week. NOTHING. I just ordered Liprovin (sp) we'll see if that helps. |

That is a very broad statement. Do you like any? Have you tried cooking them different ways? It just sounds like you made up your mind when you were younger and haven't tried them again. I used to hate fish with a passion, that was until I tried it again a few years ago. It is really good when it's cooked right
I know all about the maternity clothes, I am still wearing some. Mostly because they shrink with me so I don't have to buy as much new clothes

How long have you been doing this? You need to change up your workouts every 6 weeks or so to see the most benifit. Do you do any strength training? Strength training makes the biggest difference in weight loss (especially inch loss when the scale has stopped moving). How hard are you pushing yourself? You should constantly be progressing in your workouts. If you are still walking the same distance in that half hour you probably need to push yourself more. |
