Ephedra and Porzac |

| I was wondering if anyone has taking the 2 together, or ephedra and any other deppression pill. I took stimerx es and it worked wonders for the week i took it, lost 10 pounds. Since then i have falling into a deep depression due to a series of unfortunate events. I am ready to move on and need both pills i think. Any input will be appreciated. |

| I don't know if I should or shouldn't had, but I have been on my 10mg of prozac and stimerex. I personally have not experienced anything negative. |

Have you been exercising? I ask because I have battled clinical depression for years and since I have started exercising and taking fish oil supplements my mood has increased dramatically. I still have my bouts with it, but now I can move past it.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't be taking prozac, just that there are other things that may help. For me antidepressents seemed like it would be a life sentance so I chose to never take them (and I'm really bad at remembering to take pills) |

| I was exercising, but the deression got so bad i could hardly get off the couch to do anything so i knew it was time to go back on something just to help me until i can workout and get healthy. I am a huge believe that exercise does help with depression just at this point i cant exercise. |

Way way back a long time ago I was taking Paxil and had gained alot of weight from doing so, I took the old metabolife/thin's with ephedra and had no problems. Well other then the werid side effects I had from just Paxil at the time in general. But they didnt get any werider from the ephedra if that makes sense:)
But I did not do this for a long period of time because I found even ephedra couldnt really do much for the paxil weight gain..
so I stopped taking them.
But I am still alive if that helps:) |
