changing eating habit
Well, it is not advisable to change eating habit drastically to loose weight. We have to watch out mainly our health first.
It is worth taking some advices first before we actually go for it.

Hey, Shen! You couldn’t have said it better! I think that’s the first thing to think about when starting a diet or whatever! I tried to lose weight three times so far and the longest I could keep up with it was 10 months a year ago with the dissociate plan. It really worked (I was a size XL and now I’m L ), but I can’t keep it going like this forever! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a quitter, but I’m waiting for a diet to suit so well that I could have for the rest of my life. I think that’s the key: to find a life-long non-frustrating diet or regimen. For now, all I know for sure is that exercise is a real pain in the …for me ! Good luck, everybody!
