Very good practical advise. I haven't seen your article, but it's important to note that just eating 6 meals isn't enough. You need to eat 6 'proper' meals per day. Well balanced in protein, carbohydrates, and good fat.
Good fats are a tricky thing too. There are some healthy fats that can actually impede weight loss, even though they are good for your body and cholesterol levels. There was a really good article on this somewhere, and if I find it I will post it into one of the other forums.

| I couldn't agree more with the advice of eating regularly. It does take a little planning to make sure you always have food available though. |

Yo-yo dieting and erratic weight loss is terrible for the entire body. I wish that I could find something to stick, besides the weight, of course! |

At the same time people shouldn't believe that "not eating will eventually make you gain"... that is not the case. "Not eating" will never make you gain. Scientifically that makes no sense. However, it sure will make losing what you want to lose more of a battle. |

Physical Wellness |

Hi,
I just saw your post, I am always curious to know how people out there have been doing there diet, I do a lot of research on that. Like you mentioned on your post, starving is definitely NOT the way to go. People lack a lot minerals and vitamin in their diets because nowadays we can't get these nutrients on our food. I work for a wellness company and I often help people on their physical wellness. If you could please forward me that article you talked about that you would greatly appreciated ..... knowledge is never enough.
Thanks
