I've been slacking a little lately so my results may not be as good as I hoped yet, but it's still progress when I likely would have plateaued so I'll take it. I'm still losing inches Today I am starting to spread out my pills more: 2 first thing than 1 every 2-3 hours with food (or slightly before) still for a total of 6 a day. |

As for me I'm taking a few days off the hardcore, I'm thinking about going out drinking this weekend  and don't want to see what happens with the hardcore and more than one drink in my body

I started to use NO-XPLODE form BSN. Its the same from that makes Hydroxycut Hardcore.
I've started with 1/3 of the recommended dosage and I felt really great today at training. No side effects. |

| Basically its a good creatine with a better transportation system. It should add more power and endurance to my trainings. Ill let you know tomorrow after I come back to the gym how it goes. |

I've decided to stop taking the hardcore. Last night I had problems with my chest again, I think the high dosages of caffine are doing it too me. Last time it happened I wasn't taking hardcore, but I was taking MetaSlim pills (not the same as the liquid disscused on this board before)
I thought Hydroxycut Hardcore was a great product, unfortionatly not for me though. The next product I try I think I'm going to go stimulant free |

Well it's been almost 2 months since I stopped taking the Harcore. I hate to say I'm only down 2# since than, but it has been 2 months of excuses to eat and get out of exercise, so I'm actually pretty happy to be where I am.
I've decided to continue my journal without Hardcore as it has been a great tool to keep me going in the right direction.
I do still take Hardcore every so often for energy (1-2 pills) because it was great for clean energy for me without the jitters. |

| I tried this pill while I was deployed and it gave me amazing energy to run out in the 100+ heat wave, all in all I lost 13 lbs. but the problem I had was the effect on my digestive system...or bluntly put, I was pooping RED. It scared me at first but was curious if anyone else had this problem? I'd run outside at the track but couldnt get through 30 mins of running before I was literally making a run for the restroom. |

| It is a common side effect of the pill. They use so much dye in it that it has to come out somewhere. |
