I am trying Lipodrene first thing tomorrow morning. I will post results on a regular basis. I weigh about 135, and I am almost 5.4..not quite..but almost. I have a lot of muscle, because I workout and do cardio 3-4 days a week.
I will continue to post here...w/my results. I will keep working out with weights 3-4 times a week, including cardio. Last Sept., through working out hard and eating very good for about 2 months..I finally achieved my goal, and got down to 119. within the last 10 months...it all came back. I actually got burnt out at the gym. Now I have till end of September...09 to lose about 15 lbs. Thats about 6 weeks. Women typically can safely lose 2 lbs a week..and men can lose safely 3 lbs a week. If I can push a little harder..hopefully with the help of Lipodrene...and lose 2.5 lbs a week..I will reach my goal in 6 weeks. We are going back to las Vegas where we got married 11 yrs ago!! So..I will keep in touch.

I have been taking lipodrene with 25 mg ephedra extract on and off for 2 years now. I can buy it at my local neighborhood vitamin store. This weekend, I went down to pick up a new bottle and the store owner told me this product is completely discontinued. He said that High Tech Pharmaceuticals got busted recently by the FDA for prodcucing fake prescription drugs (unrelated to their suppliments business). Anyhow, he said that his wholesaler told him that HT Pharmaceuticals is no longer making this product. have any of you heard of this? If this is true, would anyone know what would be a good substitute brand?
Today is my first day taking lipodrene.. I took my first one this am at 9.. I dnt really feel a difference.. I guess I'll keep u guys posted! I really wanna lose 15 pounds.. 20 if im lucky, any sugguestions?
So far, its actually doing great for me along with walking a few time a week and dieting I have lost five pounds the 8 lbs the first week.
I used to take lipodrene when I went to the gym to work out about 3 times a week (a year ago). I didn't find that it did much except make me jittery but I think my work out regimen was poorly planned. I started a new work out schedule 2 weeks ago that has 4-5 times per week with cardio and resistance band workouts. I am 176 pounds and 5'5". My goal is to get to 160 by Christmas and 150 by February. I'll be starting back on lipodrene today but would love to hear anyone's feedback on how they are feeling using it.
Lipodrene is an amazing marketing ploy that doesn't work any better than most pills. The only company I know that has a fat burner that I KNOW WORKS is USP Labs. Buy their RECREATE pills! I'm serious! Most everything out there uses tons of caffein to supposedly help you lose fat and it doesn't have to be that way!
Recreate uses herbs that no one else is using, including succulant cactus, for one, and it makes your thyroid produce its own T3 and use stored body fat as an energy source and its burned up and you fell what's called a "Clean Energy". The stuff works so well that anyone I train has to use that and get on a good multi vitamin from Vitamin Shoppe or GNC.
I used to run the top 2 GNC stores in the Chicago area and was one of the top 5 guys in the nation and I never saw anything like this. I'm glad I found out about it!

Iam at 134 pounds and just wanna shed about 15 pounds to be fit for summer..i workout to the extreme 5 days a week, cardio then weights..i just wanna loose extra fat!! My question is should i take two pills a day as recomended or just one, since my weight is not to bad???
I am 112 lb but i'm 5'2 i need to loose 5 lb, I started taking lipodrene about a week ago, i workout every day, run between 2 & 3 miles right after i do weights. I noticed I am extremely hungry, like today i had 2 sandwiches i usually eat only one.. What is going on? Can somebody tell me?
Hi,
Well ive been taking Lipodrene along with the Ultimate diet Cleanse which includes a fat burner...Im weighing in at 179 now after 4 days of the pills before that I elminated quite a few things from my diet like white rice, bread, tortillas, red meat, all sodas and concentrated juices. I was weighing 190 two weeks ago after 1wk and 1/2 i started exercising with intervals, weight lifting, crunches and my own version of yoga. Ive lost alot of weight with this I took those foods above out and replaced them with of course our 'should be best friend' water, chicken breast, brown rice, herbs and spices to add flavor to my chicken like ginger, chayenne pepper, thyme, garllic doesnt sound to appetizing but if you try it tastes very good watch your carbs like me im trying to lose a minimum of 25lbs in a month and a half 45 would be my dream....Im doing everything i can to do so but i also feel like im starving myself i take my pills in the morning eat a yogurt for breakfast maybe with a grape fruit, have a lot of water, sometimes work out afterwards, for lunch I eat frutis and veggies try to stay away from tomatoes for they have sugar, eat lots of dark greens, ginger and chayenne are two 'superfoods' that increase your metabolism! the one thing that i do notice about these lipodrene is that they make me a bit jittery and i get nervous if im not up and moving around and kinda nauseous maybe thats just me being hungry, but if you want to lose weight you just have to have the will the resources and the motivation! but can anyone tell me if my dream goal of losing 45lbs by April 1st seem like a far stretch? i know i can lose the weight just not sure if in the amount of time im reaching for....
