Trying lipodrene |
|
|
Hi I am new to the board...
I have just started lipodrene today. I must have a high tolerance or something. It says you should feel "energizing effects" 20-30 minutes after you take it. Well, I ate lunch at 11:45, took 1 lipodrene pill an hour later (as directed), and it is now and hour and 15 minutes later and I feel nothing. Maybe a little more tired. I don't get it. Everyone else is having great results.
I am 130 lbs, 5'2", healthy diet, i less than 1500 cals per day, and do at least 30 minutes of cardio 4x/week. I would just like to shed an extra 15 pounds for beach season. Should I give it a little more time or should I up the dosage to 2 pills/day? |

Everyone reacts differently to weight loss pills. I have been on Hydroxycut Hardcore for a week now with no real difference in energy, but so far I'm happy with the weight loss (It could be one of my bodies up weeks or it may be the Hardcore, only time will tell)
I would either follow the directions on the package of when to increase your dose or give it a week before upping it (never go over the recomended amount though) |

| It's definitely working now. Yesterday I felt lazy all morning, then after my 2nd dose, I couldn't sit still. I did feel a bit jittery but nothing I haven't felt before with other diet supplements containing caffeine. I felt so energized throughout my workout that I even went for a 2nd round! However, it wasn't that great at suppressing my appetite in the evening... I had 3 slices of pizza (I know I know, but it was a special occasion and I haven't done it in a while). We'll see what happens these next few days... |

| Hi, I just wanted to post that I've been using lipodrene for about 3 weeks now and I love it. I've lost about 14 pounds total so far, but at first it was a bit slow going. I was getting very discouraged. Now I drop between a half a pound and a pound a day most days. It's awesome. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and do cardio daily with weights 3-4 times a week. I think this product is awesome. Please post your results as I'd love to hear how others are doing on it. |

| Thanks seo, that helps a lot. I know it's really early, but I don't want to get discouraged. It's just that other people are raving about it and I'm not getting the same results. I'm not DYING to lose the weight, it's just that about a year ago I lost 20 pounds and weighed 113, gained it back and then some thanks to B/C, already dropped 10 without pills, stopped losing, and I know I can be at about 115 again. About how long was it after you started taking lipodrene did you see results? |

| That's funny, I did the same thing (well, not at 115, that would be nice though!) I lost 10 pounds rather quickly (within a month and a half) on diet and exercise alone then completely plateaued and couldn't get the scale to move for love or money. I first purchased some zenelean pro and it didn't do a think. Someone on another board suggested trying lipodrene and I did and it was slow going for about a week. I didn't see much of a result at all (and actually posted that on this website looking for help) The second week I mixed up my calories (had a cheat day) and by the that second Monday I was down 4 pounds. Since then I've lost roughly 10 more and starting the second week and into this week I am loosing about a half a pound to a pound daily. I don't know if this will continue and daily I hop on the scale waiting for a stall but since that first week haven't seen one. I do think it helps to cycle on the weekends and not take the product to keep your body guessing. I can't wait to hear how you're doing with the product. Do you plan on taking the full dosage every day or start off slowly? |

| That is CRAZY. I bought Zenalean too... only because it was the cheapest ephedra-based product I could find at the time, and 25mg seemed like too much. It did absolutely nothing --even when I took 2 pills in one dose. So then I was reading more and more about lipodrene and decided to give it a try. Cycling off does seem like a good idea. I plan on taking it for 2 weeks, take a week off, see where I am, then cycle off on the weekends. I tried just starting off slow but it doesn't seem to do much for me (I'm extremely impatient). So I'm taking the recommended dose (1 pill twice a day). I have noticed already that I seem to get more energy if I take it before i eat, instead of after. Hopefully I get some great results like you have! |

seo, what dosage were you taking in the beginning?
i think i might bump it back down to 1 pill a day until my body gets used to it more. today was not good. extremely shaky and jittery. no thank you. also, it suppresses my appetite mentally, but not physically... if that makes sense. like my brain says i'm not hungry and nothing sounds good, but my stomach is physically growling. |

LOL I know this feeling all to well. I went through this when I was preggo, the only thing that sounded good was frozen food. Too bad ice cream isn't healthier I ended up living on frozen meal replacement drinks for awhile. |

I started with one pill a day and did that for about 3 days without feeling much. When I upped the dosage to 2 a day (as recommended) I still wasn't feeling the first one but the second did tend to make me a bit jittery about 30 minutes after taking it. I also found out that I needed to eat before with the second pill because it would make me sick to think of food after taking it and that sure ain't healthy! I find that when I cycle and don't take it on the weekends, I'm a little more jittery on Mondays but for the most part I'm fine, and the jittery feeling isn't bad enough for me to stop taking the pills as they are really helping. And I completely understand the mental/physical hunger issue! How werid is that? |

well, i just weighed myself, and i am at 128... 2 pounds in 2 days... not bad at all. I think it is partly due to the fact that I didn't eat a lot yesterday, and I have been working out more than usual. but i think the lipodrene has given me the energy to do so. I'm still gonna bump it down to 1 pill a day for the next few days. anyway, i'm not getting my hopes up yet... we'll see what happens over the holiday weekend... :-/ |

well, after a fun-filled memorial day weekend, I am disappointed to report that I am back up to 130... BAH! I went up north and forgot my lipodrene at home. That, and i did not work out and ate hamburgers and ice cream. but saturday morning i was at 127. basically I gained 3 pounds in 2 days. i knew this would probably happen though... oh well, i will start back on lipodrene thursday (I woke up too late today, and I have a work meeting tomorrow and I don't want to be jittery) I'm going to Vegas at the end of June for my boyfriend's birthday so I really want to lose this weight! |

| I've been on Stimerex ES which is very similar to Lipodrene for 3 weeks now. I've lost 6lbs in that time, but gained 2-3lbs. The last several days I have pretty maintained my weight. I was wondering if your body just plateaus and get immune to the ephedra? Should I up my dose? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

| Just my opinion, but I would not up your dosage! Your body does get used to the ephedra so you don't feel it as much, but it's still working. If you plateau (which I have twice now!) just cycle off of the ephedra for a couple of days or a week, someone on this board told me to try that and it worked wonderfully. Now I cycle off every weekend and by Monday my body is tricked back into loosing again. Please don't up the dosage, that's how people end up in trouble!! Especially if you're on a 25 mg pill already! |
