Ok No pics yet.. gong to keep this space as my journal...

Today.. Talked with DH about dieting.. He has geared this all up and is ready to diet with me.. Here is the catch... Money goes into the pot.. Who ever loses MOST inches wins.. lol Can I do it?? Do I have that will power? Well I hope so.. I really am not dieting to win this funny money, but hey, if its included why not do the best I can...

Going to start this diet June first... YAY! Time to make a list of good foods.. We have also decided to get ALL healthy foods and snacks.. Think my son will be happy if we dont have potatoes for a long time to come? Probably not.. This is his favorite starchy food.. It use to be mine too as a child.. Yummy...

SO for snakcs its apples, oranges etc... Try to have some spicey foods because I have read that spices help with weight loss.. Im really NOT sure how, but Ill try it.. Its natural spices NOT spices you find in Deep Fried Chicken ladies and gentlemen Wink


SO OK! My Grocery list....

Chicken (always skinless boneless)
Roast (Beef and Pork)
Apples
veggies of all kinds
Lettuce and salad goodies
and well anything else that sounds good..

YEAH! Thats what I always do.. You kow what so unds good when I walk down the isle at the store??? Foods with sugar.. Yummy snacks that just make your mouth water.. Ok so I need to stop it now lol..

I WIll and I CAN do this.. Thats why Im here.. Support through this entire process... I seen a lot of your before and after pics here and now Im determined to get some where... Ok So I hate when it takes months before you notice any weightloss.. (Lose inches) I think thats what I struggle with.. If Im not slimmer like *TOMORROW* then its not working...!




OK! Done.. I will continue my journal as the days and diet go on..

Potatoes are actually a good diet food if you can avoid loading them with toppings. They keep you full for a long time on very little calories.

That is my problem.. I Love potatoes with LOTs of goodies on them lol

Well I have not been writting anything down.> AWEFUL! BUT I am proud to say I lost 2 POUNDS... YIPPEE Im excited... This is a good start.. Seeing as I just started a week or so ago... Makes me want to keep on going...
