Oh, by the way, Ive been using calcium pyruvate, which is a good product by Apex as well as Apex's fatburn 1 its a thermo Lipotropic formula with ok-ish results, but lets face it when faced with the Summer months impending arrival and the reality that I will be at more than one pool party with my kids, not fast enough.
Also I must comment now on some of the posts that I was reading between my first post and this post, remember when taking any weight loss supplement it is ALWAYS IMPORTANT to eat 4-5 times a day, small meals all, not limiting them to just fruits and liquids. Your body is not geared to lose weight like that.
When you deprive your body of food it goes into starvation mode and does not burn stored fat for energy, it burns lean muscle or lbm for energy and then packs the fat on for future reference. My advice to all of you who are dieting or are planning on dieting is this... (I know you can all tell me to pack sand in it later)... Speak with a nutritionist, or a dietician, or a trainer at a gym and try to incorporate a balanced diet plan into your weight loss plan in conjunction with a good exercise plan.
It disturbes me greatly to see that some of you have deprived your bodies of nutrients and health to obtain a thinner you.
here's a little fact that some of you may or may not already know "Muscle Burns Fat" its true. when the muscles in your body are firing and working they burn fat for energy A NEAT trick and a nice thing to know.
I know I know, Im here asking about Lipovarin, it's true, just like everyone else looking for an answer here, Im not totally happy with my outward appearance either. Am I healthy? Bet your behinds I am working toward a healthier me. Just like you.
Be Happy with yourselves and know I am rooting for all of you and hope each and every one achieve your goals and become healthy happy beautiful people on the outside to match the Beautiful people that you are on the inside |

| I just received Lipovarin Yesterday (5/2/05) and took my first dosage this morning. So far I feel a little nauseous, but I've heard that's a normal side effect. I will give it a couple of days to subside. I will also give an account of my results in a couple of weeks. |

Good Afternoon everyone, I have been reading the posts lately and went ahead and decided to purchase the Lipovarin 150 Caps and the Thyrotril 90 Caps pkg together has anyone tried the 2 together? I would like to lose 30 pds so hopefully this will help. Any suggestions would be apprecieated and yes I do walk 45 mins 5 days a week on the treadmill so I do know that I need to do that

I have been on Lipovarin for 5 weeks now and I have lost 25 pounds. I was 220 before and now I am 195. My goal is 170 and it is quickly approaching!
In my experience I have just eliminated all fast foods and started to do cardio for 45 mins 4 times a week. Also I have eliminated carbs from my diet. If I feel like snacking on something unhealthy like chips or fries, I just grab a handful of mixed nuts and my food cravings cease.
This product really works! I was skeptical too, but with exercise and a low calorie diet Lipovarin does tha rest. Ofcourse every one day out of the week I will have pizza and some beer, otherwise I would go insane.
Just eliminate carbs and fast food and do sometype of cardio and this product is sure to work for you. You have to want to lose weight, otherwise no product can help you. |

| OK today is May 20, 2005 - I went online and did some research on lipovarin and decided to purchase a bottle (through Ebay). I am currently waiting on the shippment. If you have had positive or negative results can you email me at tawktame@comcast.net and share your experience with me. I am trying to get a good feel for this product before I take it. I am reading a lot of mixed reviews. |

Thank you very much for your posting, I was wondering what kind of diet should i be on because the bottle sure doesn't tell you. I didn't know wheather to eat as i normally would or lighter and how much exercise. I have a gazelle do u think that good enough 20 mins a day 3 times a week as the inventer suggests? again thanks-a-million |

Hi everyone,
I started Lipovarin almost 2 weeks ago & was very sceptical at first but am happy to say I have lost 9lb so far!
Haven't been dieting really but have been limiting my food intake, espeacially carbs & fat & trying not to eat after 7.30 at night.
Don't do any exercise as such but run around after a 2 year old, do housework & go dancing at least once a week!
Anyway, I'll keep you all posted!

Lipovarin Rip Off |
|
|
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! I thought I would give you a helpful hint in ordering Lipovarin...DON'T! Not only does the product not work, it may just take an act of congress to get your money back should you want a refund.
I ordered the product ($300.00 worth) and was told I could return the product if I wasn't satisfied after 30 days. It took one week from the day I ordered the product to receive it. After 2 weeks of using the product, I made a call to the company and was talked into using the product another week to give it a chance. I decided to give it that week and call the company should I not see any positive results.
I called the company, received a shipment return label, sent it UPS and waited. Then, I waited, waited, waited. I received no phone call, no letter, no feed-back of any nature. I called the company back to see what had transpired.
I was told that my return was not made within the time frame alloted. After 15 minutes of RUDE comments from the company, I caved and said I would just take the product back. Then I was told they couldn't do that either. So, the company not only received my money, they also received 75% of their product back and is ready to sell it to YOU. GOOD LUCK! |

Just started on Lipovarin 3 days ago |
|
|
Hi all, I just started taking Lipovarin 3 days ago. I'm starting with smaller dose: 1/1 per day. I take the second dose before 3:30pm, so I can fall asleep around 12 midnight. I used to be able to fall asleep by 11pm, but since I started taking Lipovarin, the caffeine has kept me up until past midnight. I am sensitive to caffeine, so taking the last dose earlier during the day helps me at night. I guess you just have to try first and find out what works best for you.
After 3 days, I haven't observed any weight loss (of course, I'm not expecting any after only such short period of time). One thing I noticed immediately is my appetite is much smaller now and I feel much more energetic. This is good because I feel lighter and have the energy to work out every day.
Well, I wish you all the best reaching your goal! |

Louisa- Sonia is free to post anything she likes good or bad & it's not the first time I've heard about people having problems getting their money back when they tried Lipo & it didn't work...
Personally I tried it for 3 weeks & wasn't too impressed at all, I know it's a short time but it's a very expensive product to trial for any longer, for the price of it I would expect better results...it's not cheap by any standard..
Sonia is NOT any idiot for having that opinion & I don't like your tone in your post, if it worked for you- great, feel free to post your experience but don't put anyone else down whilst doing it! |
