| Louisa i just read your nasty comment again and found it to be very distasteful. I suggest that being so negative must be a burdon for you, your friends and family. Shame, this life is differcult enough at times without people like you trying to drag other peopl down. |

| Well Louisa you have just proved the point, you are the idiot, the point being calling people names isnt nice, having an opinion about different products is fine, belitteing people is not accecptable but of course you wouldnt understand because you call people idiots if they disagree with you. Sad... |

try doing this RSJ |

think the gazelle should be fine for your cardio workout. If you do change anything about your diet, try to do this and you will see fast results.
Drink lots of water, ( always have a bottle of water with you, this helps me at least), Eat no fast food!, If you have to then, always get the chicken that isn't fried, don't eat the bun either. Eat fresh fruit and a side of cottage chees. Yogurt is also good, and step up and eat more vegetables, and mized nuts are good. Eating really anything high in protein is great and take some type of multi vitamin.
I have done this for about two months now. It was tough at first, but now it is by habit. I went from 220- 177lbs in about 9 weeks with Lipovarin.
To have results like mine you must do a variation like this. And to keep your sanity, have a day in the week where you eat anything you want, do this will 100% surely deliver weight loss. Hope this helps. |

In my experience I have just eliminated all fast foods and started to do cardio for 45 mins 4 times a week. Also I have eliminated carbs from my diet. If I feel like snacking on something unhealthy like chips or fries, I just grab a handful of mixed nuts and my food cravings cease.
This product really works! I was skeptical too, but with exercise and a low calorie diet Lipovarin does tha rest. Ofcourse every one day out of the week I will have pizza and some beer, otherwise I would go insane.
Just eliminate carbs and fast food and do sometype of cardio and this product is sure to work for you. You have to want to lose weight, otherwise no product can help you. |

Good evening...
I've been reading the forum and it seems like those with the most results are the most overweight. I put in my order today I'm 5'4....148lbs, looking to lose at least 10lbs and I"m wondering if it will work for me, since I'm not too overweight. I guess I'll keep everyone posted, too.
I've taken Xpel, the water pill, and lost the first 8lbs, but as soon as the bottle was over, the water retension came right back. Should I try Lipovarin with Xpel? |

Lipo is ok |
|
|
| When I first tried Lipovarin I took only one pill because I wasn't sure how I would react to it. Well, it gave me a lot of energy but when i took it the next day or two it wasn't as effective. When I took three at once I got sick! Just nausea and stomach problems. I only take one to three pills a day just to get a boost of energy but u can easily do that with coffee. I'm just going to use up the bottle and see if I loose a little weight, but I'm doing tae bo with it so any weight loss will most likely be due to that. I weigh 183 lbs, am female and I'm only 5'3. But I can say with the lipovarin and tae bo I haven't lost weight, but I have lost a few inches. I do notice a slight decrease in appetite, I still eat what I want, but I get sick now if I eat real cruddy food. I tend to crave more fruits and whole grains. |

If you have been working out for an hour everyday, you are building muscle, which weighs more than fat. Keep your head up, just pay attention to the way your clothes are fitting. If they fit better, like more room in the waist, then you are doing fine. Whatever you do, DON'T get on that scale. May I suggest, picking out something that you are too big for now and see how you gradually fit into it. |

I just purchased my first bottle of Lipovarin and I can't wait to receive it. I have heard mostly positive. I'm excited! About Anna Nicole...there is no way she lost all of her weight on Trimspa(I heard it doesn't even work that well)...but hey the marketing folks know that when your desperate you will believe and/or try almost anything ...AND THEY DEPEND ON THAT. That said, I will keep you posted on my sucess with Lipovarin.

no way she lost all of her weight on trimspa? do you think Lipovarin is going to be your miracle? i mean how do you really know since everything works differently for each individual. trimspa worked great for me, i lost 50 pounds on it. |

lipovarin - no results |
|
|
| couple months ago I was impressed with posts about lipovarin on this board, and I bought bottle of it... I started with 4 tablets and I thought I would, so bad reaction I had. My heart was pounding like crazy and I felt very sick. I reduced my dose to 2 pills per days and hoped that my system will adjust it (didn't want to give, spent some money, you know)... Yes, I can say, that lipovarin reduces your appetite during a day, but if you really can't take it after 4 or let say, 6 o'clock pm, all your appetite comes back to you right before dinner, no long lasting... you can't take it later, becuase you will not be able to sleep... For two months I didn't loose any weight, still feel funny with these pills. No help, don't like it. And I know, what I am talking about, I tried many different pills. Only one helped me long time ago. I think, it was dexadrin(?). with efedra. They were selling them in red and yellow boxes in every drug store. OH, my... I felt great! I remember, I lost 70 pounds on them and kept it off for 5 years. Now with age I guess my metabolism is playing bad with me... can't find anything good to reduce my appetite... maybe lipoxinol? have to try this one. But very diappointed with lipovarin. |
