Sheella, I think that you may have a problem with caffeine.
Correct me if I am wrong but Dexadrin is not on the market anymore.

I am not sure of your body type or strength training routine, but I am a physical therapist and would like to give you a few hints. The best way to slim and not solidify your muscles is to do less weight and more repetitions. For example, pick a weight that you are comfortable with, and do 12-15 reps. When you get to the 12 or 15, it SHOULD BURN. Begginer strength trainers should stick to 2 sets of 12-15 reps. The next best helpful tip I can think of is to make sure you are stretching for AT LEAST five minutes prior and post excercise. And for all you LIPOVARIN curious folks, IT WORKS. Stick to a low-fat, low-calorie diet, and make sure you excercise. 30 minutes of cardio four times a week, strength train twice a week. My recommendation to those trying to LOSE WEIGHT: 50 grams of fat a day, 1200 calories. This is all I can tell you. I have had several clients lose 10-50 pounds using Lipovarin, and my personal secret is that I have also had personal success. JUST MAKE SURE YOU EXCERCISE!! Also keep in mind that this product will work for differently for every body. Just keep your heads up and know that your weight loss goals, when set reasonably, can be achieved!!

I did not lose any weight with Lipovectin. I think my skin is clearer, that is the only reason to finish the remaining pills. You will not have an appetite with Lipovectin. That is what you would think is a plus. However, it takes three to five days for your bodys metabolism to acknowledge that your trying to change your eating habits and your not starving yourself. I wish if your are considering taking Lipovectin, you try the South Beach Diet first. I am eating regularly and less. The pounds are coming off, Amazing!!! It is really easy also. Good Luck to all

Hi there all!! I am new to this post, but I am currently on Lipovarin and thought I would share the news. I am on the 3 week rapid weight loss plan...Lipovarin, thyrotil and aquadrine. I actually have not started the last one yet..it is taken on days 11-21 of the three week program. I take three lipovarin pills twice a day (am and afternoon), and two thyroitl twice a day. I have lost 5 lbs in 5 days. I find that I am not hungry like I used to be, so I am eating less. I have not started an exercise regimine yet, but I wil soon. I don't feel gittery at all now (I did a bit the first two days, but I never use caffeine, so that was probably why). I am impressed by the decrease in appetite. I can easily eat 6 or 7 pieces of pizza for lunch, but since this medication, the last pizza opportunity I had, I only had one slice and I was full. I only want to lose about 15 or maybe 20 lbs (losing 20 lbs would put me at the very low end of my recommended weight for my height). I am definitely going to stay on this and see where things go.
