[/quote][/b]Hello everyone. Surprised I just wanted to post ,that I too, am starting this product today and will keep you posted as to the results. I understand how hard it is to find something that works without any false reports. Mad I am a 37 year-old female, weight 180 lbs. and I'm 5'3. I would like to get to 140 lbs. I am starting 2 pills morning/afternoon for a week and will increase to the recommended 3; this is due to me being caffeine sensitive and having anxiety issues. I plan on walking at least 3 days a week for 1/2 hr. each, mild stretching & excercise, drinking my 8-10 8 oz. of water daily AND of course, eating healthy and cutting out the b.s. food that I enjoy so much, such as chips, cookies, candy, etc. We shall see!! Wink I will keep you updated as to my results/failure on this. Thanks for reading! Good luck to all!!! Smile Melly

Hi Melly,
I moderate from time to time this board. I’ve started this forum because I was outraged by all the false information there is on the Net. Please do keep us up to date with your results. Daily there are aprox. 200 people that are accessing this board that are looking for information about Lipovarin. I am speaking on behalf of lots of people that are looking for accurate and true reports.
Thank you and good luck.

Hi Melly and Mircea!

Nice to meet you! Same here! I am beginning my Lipovarin Jan. 9 (tomorrow)! I am 5'4, 226 pounds....I am incorporating lots of fruits, veggies, fish....I will exercise 4-5 days weekly at 30+ daily. In my job, I am VERY active. My biggest downfall has always been HUNGER. We shall see! Let's keep in touch and let each other know how this is going?! I also plan to "ease" into the Lipovarin with starting off at 2 pills twice daily before progressing to 3 pills twice daily. I am trying to look at Lipovarin as an "aid", knowing the real work is how I eat and exercise!
Here's to good health!
Peace and Good Wishes!

Hi Starr,
Welcome to Weight Loss Forums.
you are right, all the weight loss pills are just aids. To get into shape you need to change your daily diet and do physical activity. However a little pill can be a great friend in your quest for great abs Wink
Good luck, we all are waiting to hear from you.
Mircea.

This query is for anyone who knows/ or is willing to reply. I have been trying to do a little background research on liporexin and lipovarin. I found everything that i needed to know about lipovarin. it seems to be a pretty solid product, (in theory) but it is kinda expensive. But as for liporexin i cant find any research or information on it. I searched liporexin on google and all sites that were found somehow lead back to an order form on ebay boasting its 11.99 price and all. Of course there was feedback on the page, but i don't know whether to beleive it. I don't want to be scammed even if it is for only twelve bucks. So if anyone knows anything please respond.

O.K. today is 1/9/05 and my second day on Lipovarin. I weighed at 178 this morning (2 lbs. lost), but it is still very early! I do feel a bit nausea Confused from time to time, but I went through this on Herbalife and realized it is my body adjusting to this stuff and it usally goes away within a week, so I will bear it, but that is about it as far as side effects. I know your not suppose to scale watch, but I don't care!! HA! I felt good yesterday. I excercised for 1/2 hour and did feel a bit more energetic. LIke I said, it is early, we will see. I will post day-by-day on here to keep all informed. So far so good Wink Take care all and I will be back!! Melly Laughing

I just started lipovarin today. I took 3 pills before before and 3 around 1:00 and I have been like I am feeling constantly hungry, a burning feeling in my stomach. Is anyone else feeling this?

Alright Melly Girl!!
Okay, here is my day. I started off with one pill this morning. Added another mid-morning. Felt a tad nauseous, but it did suppress my hunger. Will take two more in a bit right before dinner. I also exercised 45 minutes on the crosstrainer. Like you, Melly, I felt more energized which is important for me as I have Chronic Fatigue. I am easing into these pills as being a registered nurse, I am all for "less is more"...;=)
Again, I urge everyone to consider that this product will probably ONLY work if you tie it in with dietary changes and exercise. Alone, I can't see ANY product ever working unless it just kills your appetite, thus lowering your caloric intake, thus, losing weight. But then, if you go back to your old eating habits.....
I will weigh in a few days....this product makes you pee more so there goes some water weight so I won't weigh right away..
Melly, good luck and let us know how you keep doing!
Same here!
Peace,
Starr

Hello Jean:

Maybe you should take your second round of pills closer to 3:00. That is roughly midafternoon. I take mine at 9:00a.m. and then at 3:00 p.m. I have not felt any burning in my stomach. I have although had a mild nauseau like feeling, but that is about all for bad effects. It is definately surpressing my appetite, which is great! I'm sorry to hear of this. Try more time in between your pills and see if this helps. If not, maybe you should stop them. Good luck and keep us posted!
Melly!! Very Happy
