Good Morning Ladies! I was beat last night!! I spent 9 hours cleaning my school bus. My bus is only 2 years old and I try to keep it nice.

Goofy I didn't get to my work out, after cleaning on the bus almost non stop, I was too beat!! Hubby jokingly said you probably have to go in now and do your work out right? Then he laughed. He knew I was beat. About 8pm he helped me scrub the last half of the outside. Although he did have to run to town for me twice, Once to buy a new mop, I bought the wrong mop head. Then to buy some stuff to spray on the bus floor. Of course I bought the wrong stuff, thats what I get for trying something new!! I did work out the day before though and I will today! :)

Hello to the rest of you ladies too! I'm gonna go and take my school bus back up to the school and then I'm heading to walmart to find those steps! I'm sure that package will be arriving any day now!

Gym: NONE :(

Menu:
B-10 oz Fresh squeezed pineapple juice
S-20 small seedless grapes
L-Smart Ones sweet & sour Chicken
D-1 c of whole wheat beef and noodles (hubby made)
1/2 c. mixed brown grain rice
S-1 sev. fudgsicle sugarfree

Well Daisy,
There isn't much to tell. The forum was created about one year ago but the real action started about six months ago. I've opened it because I wanted to create a place where people can give real testimonials and user experiences on various diet pills and programs. Now the forum turns more to be great place for giving support and advices and this is all thanx to our users.

Hello ladies,

I'm here now!!! Better late then never I guess. I was beginning to feel abandoned over there for a minute. :(

We'll I did ok this weekend and yesterday I got back on the SB track. Went back to the doc yesterday and got another script. Told him I'd been having a problem with night cravings so he told me to take my pill at 2:00 p.m. Had a little trouble sleeping but had absolutely no cravings at all. The sleep thing will wear off in a couple of days so I think I've found my nitch for now....just waiting for my DVD's so I can get on line with the Firm...and firm these buns, thighs, boobs and everyother part of my body that's heading south!

Brer Rabbit, Glad you made it!!! I know what you mean when you talk about things going south!! I've only got one thing to say about that and that is it SUCKS!!! I haven't decided whats worse the fat, or my new wing flaps on my arms :( Then yet we could talk about my inner thighs but I'd rather not! I was having this disscussion with hubby today and he says it's better than being fat, but I'm not so sure about that!! Its pretty disgusting!! So guess I never wear sleeveless shirts again?? I've been doing weight toning exercises for my arms, guess I'd better increase the exercises for the arms and the inner thighs!! I'm afraid this is all gonna get worse :( Guess I'm healthier! Look better as long as I wear clothes that cover me! I'm glad you talked to your doctor about what to do about the cravings. Hope that works for ya! I think the sleep thing will get better in just a couple of days!

Well I was mowing grass and hubby got mad :) because I got the chain saw out and cut some branches off that I had to keep ducking under!! Hey its been this way for 3 years...decided I wasn't ducking anymore! He said I created more work! Because we could have used the loader and got up alot higher and then pulled one branch away instead of several! OH WELL I don't have to duck anymore! :) ha ha

Ok better go see what hubby is up too!! He might need some more help! :)

Later girls!

Hey Minnie,

I'm right here with you on the flabbiness! My stomach was tighter when it had all the fat in there!!! No kidding! My fat pockets were full and empty they just hang there. But in time we'll get there. I figure that with the 17 pounds I still need to lose, those pounds have to come from somewhere and if I can exercise and try to target that area...then so be it. The other day I raised my arm to wave and my little one started laughing because she saw my arm "jiggle".

Tell Hubby that you wouldn't have made more work if he had gotten around to cutting those branches earlier.....men! :D

Hello  to everyone....

YIPPPPEEEEEEEEE! Brer rabbit has arrived and I see Jasper drop in for a little "SO", as well ;)

Well I am able to use this evening as my "day of rest" from the FIRM  thankk goodness  my body needs a break!

This morning I managed to get through my workout at the gym, but I am so sore...ALL OVER! This is really gonna make a huge difference, I can tell that already just by the way the workouts touch each and every part of the entire body, throughout.

Hope this finds everyone doing well and having had, yet another, successful day! I was able to see the children get themselves into their summer school classes, which always places a smile on my face! I feel like I'm gonna go NUTS before it all settles down, but I realize it will happen soon enough!

Light...well are the Disney Divas drivin' anyone NUTS yet? We are hoping that many others will join in our challenge. We have a real tendency in holding ourselves accountable throughout this weighloss journey, by not only exercising, but by maintaining a healthy approach to food choices and posting the activities, daily. We have all found that it really helps us out by doing such an act, as having to post that one ate a few pieces of pie, at lunch and dinner, makes one think twice before eating it, either time...When I personally began this weightloss journey, I too, was fearful of taking any prescription medications, but with my doctors supervision, the decision was agreed upon to take Phentermine. I began taking the medication, July 2005, and completed my 3 months in September, 2005. I was able to achieve the boost of energy and the loss of appetite during this time period and was also able to begin exercising to assist throughout the endeavor. I began with the 30mg, at first, but quickly went to the 37.5 mg soon after. I can't say I regret the medication, but I will add that I was extremely skeptical of doing it. It's been exactly 11 months, to date, from my beginning and I have lost over 50 lbs. now that to me, is amazing! I still have another 40 lbs or so to go, but this year I have made the choice to do it all within the realms of hi-impact cardio and toning, as well as, staying with the healthier approach towards eating. I am happy to see you keeping an eye on us Disney Divas, I tell you, it's a tough job, and I can use all of the assistance I can get...opps! sorry chicas, but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do...lol! They ain't too bad, but I gotta stay on 'em all!

Daisy Duck...WHOOO HOOO! down 2 lbs. you go girl! Now that's what I'm talking about, let's keep it going! So I bet that ole yellow dress is calling your name...For those of you that don't know Ms. Daisy here has a nice little "reunioun" we are getting her ready for... I have been cracking the whip after this here chica but hey, she is worth it...

Brer Rabbit...Welcome to our "home away from home" everyone here is just so nice and very informative! You are just gonna love it!

Winnie the Pooh...Whew! glad to hear on the exercise girlie girl, you make me just soooo proud of you! Way to go!

MinnieMouse...WOW! 9 hours on the cleaning adventure! I bet you have the cleanest bus inthe entire world, right now ;) Talk about making me happy to hear just how much you love what you do...So I hear you talking about the ole "flab" well let me tell you...the FIRM will shape us up so hang on baby here we come...

LuckySmile...I checked out your before and during pics...Whooo Hooo! you too Way to Go! You are very pretty and love your hair! Again I sure hope we aren't driving you all nuts yet, just let us know if we become "TOO MUCH!"

Well I guess I need to be "roped, whipped, and tied" I went to a ladies meeting at the church and the meeting lasted for almost two hours before we had anything to eat....... so by the time we were eating the goodies I was about ready to eat the "corner" out of the table  So needless to say I wasn't on track with my eating tonight. :x

Wow!!! It is so good to see everyone in the group posting. This is so fantastic!!!!

Minne....... I bet you have the cleanest bus in town or probably the state.....spending nine hours cleaning that bus you didn't need anymore exercise.
