I have to say that I have "been here before." Not "here" on this board but in the weight loss drive.
I am going to try:
LIPOAVARIN,THYROTIL& AQUADRENE + LOW CARB DIET & EXCERCISE
I am 25 f, roughly 183 lbs - will weigh for certain on sat
I started weight training and goign to the gym at 19 when i was DEPRESSED about weighing 137 lbs! I have CLEARLY come a far way up the scale since then.
I first fitted comfortably in my size 6, then I put on more weight, to a plump 8,then down to a toned 6/7 then fat 10, then plump 8 and now very fat 10/12 esp on the hips and ass.
Luckily, even at 5'6", I still have a very nice figure because of the ON-AGAIN-OFF-AGAIN years of strength training, yoga, pilates and dancing, and good diets.
HOWEVER, I am unmarried and childless and I need to lose the weight.
I am a career woman, -a young manager and I have gained 2-3 dress sizes since last year Jan due to long hours, fast food, insuffiecient and inconsistent excercise and jjust sheer indiscipline.
BIG MOTIVATOR:
High school reunion in 6 months- december.. and all those skinny, avoiding people belittle your successes simply because "she got real fat"
(I had the skinniest waist in high school -21 in w/ 35 waist.) i left hs @ 115 lbs.
SHORT TERM MOTIVATOR:
Birthday in August- Not another fat birthday- I cringe from last year's pics... plus all my friends bdays come up after august -even more pics
July goal: fit better in my size 10 suit skirts
Aug goal: size 8
LONG TERM MOTIVATOR:
FIT and toned for life. Fit for wedding, pregnancy, and beyond. I have always thought that people who managed their wieght, even after the huge blocks show a great deal of inner strength and self disclipline and determination
Long term maintenance: TONED size 6- i like feeling womanly
BIGGEST INHIBITOR:
Genes
Work- Long Hours
Living alone -easier to eat out cuz i likel to cook and share not alone
THE PLAN:
I START ON SAT...I NEED YOUR HELP!!! I NEED ENCOURAGEMENT MORE THAN ANYTHING... ITS GREAT TO KNOW THAT OTHER PEOPLE WANT TO SHARE IN YOUR JOURNEY TO SUCCESS!!
peace and love! Lana
