Hi,
So far everyting is going good with me...i added somting new to my daily life which is green tea. I started to drink 100% natural green tea every night after dinner....feeling fine with it. I will again weight my self on friday and keep you posting.Good luck to all. |

Take care with that green tee. It may give you insomnia if you are drinking it every night after dinner.

Hi,
You are right Light......I stop taking the green tea from last night. It makes me go to the bathroom thousand times a day.......every one in my office thought i have upset stomach. I was running back and forth to the bathroom all daylong. Then end of the day I told them that i took green tea..... . Anyway i am feeling okay today....will weight my self friday again........and let you know..till then bye. |

Oh yes,
I've forgot to tell you that green tee is a diuretic. Some people may have this kind of problems.
Drink green tee in the morning, it have lots of benefits on your health.

Dear Smiley,
I want to let you know that since i started to take Lipovarin I won over 4 punds !! Itīs even worst than before taking Lipovarin. I donīt know whatīs happening. I am eating only one salad, one orange and a banana each day, some fruits and vegetables, drinking water...allthough, I donīt undesteand what is happening. I keep ADDING punds, instead LOOSING.

How is your daily life......i mean what else do you do beside dieting....do you work out....or any other activitys. Not having enouth food also bad for your health. Let me know your detail ...i will see if i can give you any advice.

| I didnīt changed very much my daylife since I started to take liporin. I mean...I didnīt do something specially. Drink 2 L water/day, walk a little bit and when I go to gym I am o0nly doing crosstrainer for fatburning, so no muscle training....But that is the problem. It seems that the pills have exactly the opposite effect on my body, and I canīt figure out how something like that can happend. Itīs like if I eating for about 800 calories/day the pills are transforming it into 2000 calories, ore something like that. |

Hi Anisia,
I understand how u feel. Try what i did see if it's work for you. Eat 5/6 times a day but small portion. Take 2 or 3 lipovarin befor workout only not everday. When you go to gym first do the cardio for first 30 min then may be weight traning or some kind of class. Drink lot of water and wait a week for the result. What is your current weight? My routin is following:
*Break fast : I can of Slimfast optima shack (180 Cal) & Coffee w/splenda
*Sanck : Half banana
*Lunch : 2 Slice Wheat bread with turkey breast salami (no cheese or sprade)
*Snack : Half banana
*Dinner: Bowl full of salad with chicken curry no curb.
(Lot of water all day long..no soda at all. I eat an extra 120cal snack bar only the day i go to gym. I take 2lipovarin and 1silm fast snack bar befor i go to the gym only. I go to gym 3/4 days a week )

There are a lot of weight loss supplements, then there is the whole range of pharmaceuticals. Personally I keep away from drugs altogether, and use supplements with discretion. I think the main focus needs to be on lifestyle and personal discipline which you seem to be doing. Perhaps there is a major stress factor? You feel defeated? I tried this and it didn't work? I believe that I exercise more personal discipline than anyone around me with regards to diet. It is a lifelong practice. Basically even if you are skinny you should never pig out even on salad. Just remember you only have 5 litres of blood!
Elevated blood sugar levels have been proven to be the culprit behind a host of diseases. More important than the quantity that you eat is the quality. I am reading that you aren't doing anything wrong. Ok so you have totally eliminated pasta, bread, cakes, sugar and honey, milk and unfermented milk products from your diet? What about cheap oils like canola oil? Are you getting omega 3? Taking your cod liver oil? Omega 6 from extra virgin olive oil? I'm, getting carried away. Hope I have offered something useful |

Dear Canute,
I am not even eating a lot. As I said- some fruits and salad-actually not mre than 600-800 calories, low fat, no carborants.
I can only say, that since taking lipovarin Iīve gain now almoust 6 punds.
I stoped today taking those pills. Beacause not only I gaion pounds, but I fell sick and tired. I stoped taking them, now I sleept for the first time in my life over 10 hours, beacause beeing so tired.
I did realise now, that the best thing somebody can do if she/he wants to loos pounds is go to gym and watching out what and how much you are eating.
I never been there, but I think weight wathscers should be a good program, beacause that is exactly what this programm those.
Thank you to smiley and light also for the advises they gave me.
