Hi light,
How r u? I am back again. long time ago i started livpovarin took few days felt like wasn't not working and i stoped it. But i had a negetive side that time i never went to gym or watch my food. But 2weeks ago i started to take livpovarin.......go to gym.......watch my food.......drink lot of water.......then wait 2weeks to see the result. Guess what........not even 1/2LB.....i am so Evil or Very Mad now. Please tell me what am i doing wrong.???any one knows?? any suggation from any one. I am 29years old.Need to loss 20LB. current weight 149LB.

Hi Smiley,
Its possible that your body adjusted to your gym training.
My advice would be to go to the gym and total change your routines. Increase your weights, your cardio frequency, training hours. Try adding new exercises and training tempos.

Have you tried walking. Its one of the best things you can do without effort... if you have time.

It possible to take more time until you see results.

Thanks for the suggestion light. I do walk a lot. I like to know if eating lot of salad I mean a lot at one time is bador okay. Anyone please let me know.

It depends on what you put in that salad. If you add lots of carbs into it then do not eat that much. Usually salads are light in calories and are recommended to eat.

No i do not add any carb on my salad...just some chicken and sometime cooked vegetable. Please let me know if i can do anyting that will help me to loss weight for real. Thank you.

Sure,
One of the best ways to do it is to run. I believe that the most effective weight loss is cardio and strength training. What kind of exercises are you doing.

Hi,
Thanks for your tip. I do cardio 30min 3/4 times a week i walk in the trademill. I can not run because of my knee problem. I cannot jump or run but i can do all other activitys. So i do 30min cardio then crunches next 30min. Plese provide me the tips that you have for fast weight loss.

Hi.... I need some help. I took lipovarin for 3weeks. After 2-weeks i check my weight no result at all....i have been watching my food all the time. I am on protin shack and low carb diet. After 3-week i noticed that i have lost 2LB only. I do feel kind of sick when i take 3/3 lipovarin. So i desided to take the pill only the day that i go to gym. I go to gym 3/4 days a week. What do you think of my idea? Do you think it will still work? Please help. I am now 147LB I need to lose about 17LB more. Any advice from anyone?

Try swimming, I've lost 20 pounds in 2 month by swimming 3 times per week. A few laps in the morning are great.

If your 30min of cardio is walking you may have to kick it up a notch to get any real weight loss unless you are going all out (I assume your not because of your knees)

Try doing something that isn't so hard on your knees like biking. Another one I really like doing is shadow boxing with 3# dumbells (adjust for what you can do) Also try doing more strength training than just crunches, you can do alot of things even with your legs that shouldn't hurt your knees. One thing you may want to consider is seeing a trainer to design a program for you.

The secret is there is no secret Very Happy I'm eating healthier and smaller amounts, but eating more often (ok probably not, but I now consider it 5 meals a day not 3 and snacking) I find by thinking of it as 5 meals a day I'm less inclined to grab "snack" food and more likely to make good choices. I also try to work out at coffee breaks, lunch, and while watching TV.

Other things I do are all those little tips you read that don't sound like much: Drink more water, park further away, take the stairs... I recently read that skinny people are more likely to fidget (to the amount of 350 calories a day Shocked ) So I try to move evn when sitting at my desk. I like going out dancing, but I drink water. Cutting out pop (most of the time) has made a huge difference.

Thanks again. I try to stay in 1200 cal. per day. I do eat 5/6 time a day small portion. I wish i could really look like how i was in old days Sad . I still have my hope.......we shall see........please keep me posting.

One thing you might want to try is mixing up your calories. You can still stay to 8400 calories a week (That might be abit low) but try having a couple days of higher calories and a few of lower calories. It will keep your metabolism running faster. If you do this try having your high calorie days be days that you lift weight.
