| I do not think that there are specific exercises for this. Overall weight loss should do it. |

| Is it extra fat or is it lack of muscle? Or both? I've already felt a difference in my stomach muscles after a week of Pilates. But I know that I need diet and exercise, too. |

| I was just like you except that I had an excess of nearly a hundred pounds I could not lose:lol:...now I can laugh about it because I've finally lost the most of it. But I must admit that it was not through dieting. I tried a number a diets and each would work for a while but I wasn't losing enough weight and couldn't bear people faces as they stared at me on the streets and everywhere else. I had a few depressions and didn't even want to go out. I developped the Agoraphobia syndrome and so I took my final decision to have a liposuction surgery to remove the excess weight. I thought it would be out of price but a friend of mine recommended me a hospital where himself had had an operation and the costs were affordable. They're kind of case to case if you want. So I did the big jump, but not before I knew every risk of the operation. I knew it could be fatal but I was not even alive anymore so I finally contacted the JD plastic surgery hospital and was done with it. It was hard even afterwards because I had to learn good eating habits. When you dont have the same weight you dont have the same calorie needs. But now I guess Im okay. So maybe you should consider liposuction too if you cant lose weight any other way. |

Yakusoku-
Do you have any regrets about lipo at all? I too have considered this, but my doctor is trying to talk me out of this.
How long ago did you have the lipo?
What was the hardest part of it?
How lond did it take for you to recover fully?
I heard that after lipo, any weight gain can come back in places you didn't have excess weight on before.... |
