Is there a general rule for pounds to inches lost?
I took some measurements and they were very interesting (and not in a good way). Is it safe to think that I can lose an inch off the measurements (like waist and hips) for every 5 pounds?
I know that once muscle gets introduced, all bets are off but I want to give myself a realistic measurement goal.
I'll never have a 24 inch waist - that's simple reality. But is a 28 inch waist attainable? How would I figure that out?
