Cathy,
I bought the supplements that were offered with the plan. The 30 day amount to try them out. You also get the book"The Definitive Weight-Loss Cure". I belive it was $59.99. So far I would say it was money well spent.

Please let me know My daughter and I both would like to try if it is healthy and has seen positive results for "real" people like us out there!

Brook, Samone & Cathy P - does the plan call for exercise beyond what you normally do? Are there any restrictions in the diet? How is the weight loss going for you? I just ordered the plan this morning before going online to read reviews. Hope I haven't wasted my $$. Thanks. -D

I quit after about a few days. It just was not right for me as there is really no clear explanation on how to use it or what types of foods to eat. too confusing for me, so I cannot really tell you anything about it. I just happened to look on this website to see if anyone had posted anything else about it. Sorry. :(

I have also received a booklet about weight loss from Dr. Wiliams Method.. The information is too good to be true. I research it using the name, address, and the phone number. When I typed the phone number in google (1-866-268-5671), This came up.
]Rip Off Report: Zenith Direct Response - Liposvelt ripoff ...
The contact number according to the order sheet is 1-866-268-5671. ... 1-866-268-5671 While googling 'Super Drain Formula c/o Superior Labs & Clinics' I ... . The site has a letter on there from a woman who was taken for $104.00 and no product. Rule of thumb. If you can not find anything about them on the internet and everything about them is a big secret. DON"T BUY IT! By the way you might also notice for those of you who received this booklet that the product does not have a name. Only decscribed as a method.

I just read the book, and although it doesn't actually lay out a diet, it does say not to eat starches (potatoes, pasta, cracked wheat, etc), to eat 1 serving meat / day, whole grains for breakfast, vegetables & salads, and fruit 30 min prior to or 2 hours following meal. No additional sugar. I think the key is the tablets and lots of fiber (vegetables). It does recommend additional vitamins that are not in the capsules that are part of the plan, but I take a multivitamin daily, anyway. Oh, and always drink water - which seems to be in every diet. Anyway, what success have others had on this diet? Personally, I'm hungry, but that's how I got where I am today. Would appreciate some feedback. Would appreciate a website for this "method".

I tried this diet, and lost 50 lbs within 3 months. The diet really does work, and it is so easy. I still need to loose 30 lbs, but cannot find the information to order more of Dr. Williams pills. If anyone has an address, etc. in which I can use to order more pills, I would really appreciate it.

This diet does work......I would highly recommend it :)

hey everyone, I just received the Dr, Williams method in the mail yesterday. You have to read the whole book. Front to back. It tells you exactly what is in the pills. and they are all natural. They are artichoke, fennel, Onion, Chicory, Bladder wrack(fucus kelp)seaweed, Hydrolyzed collagen. It explains everything in the book. So dont shut it down until youve read it if you have it. It does require work on your part. Wasnt looking foward to that but oh well. YOu diet has to be balance breakfast yo eat whole grains. lunch you eat proteins and veggies eveninig is salad and veggies theres alot you can eat cut out sugars entirely sweets soft drinks alcohol candy cakes honey and such. the program is based on chemical reactions in the body. good luck

I used this method it seems to work for me. I started at 175 and I am currently 172. So I lost 3 pounds in a week. I don't lose a pound a day but 4 to 6 oz. a day. So it may take two or three days to lose a pound but it works for me. This one is the first one that helped me to lose anything. I'm happy with it. I do exercise even though he says you don't need to but I don't do heavy exercise. I mainly walk.

I just started this diet 4 days ago. I know that's not long but it's going good so far. For breakfast I eat Oatmeal crunch with skim milk or instant oatmeal, or a granola bar. For lunch I eat chicken breast or tuna with chopped up pickles and a tiny bit of mayo or fried egg whites (use PAM cooking spray) and for my veggies I will throw some frozen veggies in the microwave with some seasoning salt and dill or have raw veggies. For supper so far I have made squash, mushrooms and asparagus in a skillet with seasoning, eggplant parmesan( a tiny bit of low fat parmesan cheese and healthy choice tomato sauce) and with these meals I have a salad and some veggies. I snack on apples, pears, kiwi, grapes. An important part of the diet is that you must stop drinking any kind of liquid one hour before each meal and wait about an hour after. I think that this diet is not what it said it was but from my experience there is no magic diet. I have bought every kind of diet you can think of but nothing works. I think this method is a good guideline to lose weight the healthy way. You have to work hard at this diet but I now believe that it is the only way. I will keep everyone updated on how much weight I am losing.

Tenielle - how is it going after 10 days? Any regrets? How much weight loss thus far? Ae you starving yourself? Was it worth the financial commitment? What is your total target weight loss? Do you recommend the program? I am so close to making the plunge and making an order, so much skepticism on this site. What are your thoughts?
Thanks - Chamois
