Hi Gina,
Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums.

I am sorry but I did not heard about this pills. If you could provide an URL we will take a look over the ingredients.

Thanx and good luck.

I received the booklet in the mail today too and first wondered how a French doctor would have the name Thomas L. Williams. Then on page 4 in small print it says "For privacy purposes, Dr. Thomas L. Williams is a pen name." Why?

The pills supposedly contain 6 ingredients and none of them are mentioned. They increase your metabolic rate. The only natural ingredient I know of that does that are red hot pepper flakes and the herbal part of Phen-Fen. They can't contain HCG as you need a prescription for that and Kevin Trudeau's Weight Loss Cure is all about HCG injections and going to Dr Daniel Belluscio in Argentina to obtain them. With Trudeau's book, if you return it, they refund all but S&H. Well S&H was $9.95 for 7 wk delivery and an extra $9.95 for expedited. When 3 wks later it hadn't arrived I cancelled payment, that day they managed to mail the book expedited but are not entitled to that extra $9.95. So if I send back this book advertising a method not available in America I lose the 9.95 S&H but if I had not reported them to my credit card would have lost $19.90 and the cost of the book was $20 so Trudeau would have refunded five cents. Right after ordering that, this arrives under a pen name--get real! If he had a cure he'd be bragging his name.

Trudeau's site does not answer the phone or respond to emails, the only way to get his book after you pay for it is to call your credit card and cancel the charge---THEN he mails the book. You are supposed to tell them you are returning it but no one answers the phone. Not even the phone number your credit card company has is working, they pick up with a recorded voice and then there is dead silence for up to an hour (I tried).

Has anybody actually TRIED his method?

What do the capsules contain?

Any information available on Dr. Williams (the pen name) anywhere online?

Thank you very much!

I'm wondering if this isn't a scam. The book is filled with fluff and a starvatin diet. They don't even give oz.'s of the food to eat. I'v been following the plan for two days. I'll weigh after a week and see if there is a weight loss. Would love to hesr from anyone else that has followed the diet.

I"ve been on this diet for three days now............have lost 6 yes 6 lbs. The pills are vitamines and minerals. I'll keep going, I feel encouraged. Hope it's not just water that I"ve lost.
Anyone else buy and try the "Method"?

I need more information from Brook. I just received the "method" and I need to find out what type things you eat. There really is not a list of the types of foods to eat, unless I am not understanding the process. it does say for breakfast to have whole grains. What does that really mean? Anything that anyone can help with will be greatly appreciated. I sure hate to waise my money.

Hi Cathy P.
What I have been eating is a salad for lunch. I don't eat breakfast but, oats would be a wholegrain. With skim milk it would make a good breakfast. Also read some labels at the store on the cold cereals. For lunch the protein I have been having are eggs (two scrambled) or fresh parmasan ground ove hot veggies like squash or zucchines heated till soft in a saute pan with no calorie spray. I just ate dinner and tonight I had a salad with cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, lots of bib lettuce and a small amount of honey mustard dressing. I also had fresh stemed green beans seasoned with garlic powder and seasoning salt. I eat fruit in the AM about 30 mins. befor lunch and again about 2 hours after lunch. Apples, plumbs, bannanas, or grapes. At night I curl up to watch TV and have another serving of fruit. Everything I have eaten has been about a Cup and a Half. Enough to feel full. The water with the fruit really seems to fill me up. Good luck and let me hear from you.

One more thing, did you both buy all the vitamins that they indicated? It can be quite costly. I was just wondering.
