I just start taking Lipovarin few days ago. My friend suggest me to take Co-Q10 and Hyaluronic Acid. Those are wonderful vitamin kind of supplements for better skin and health.
Hyaluronic acid provides the fluid matrix for joint lubrication, skin hydration, and skin repair. Co- Q is a powerful antioxidant that can decrease the proliferation of free radicals and support the immune system, and also increase the metabolism. I would like to know whether I could take them with Lipovarin together. Or I better take Co-Q10 and Hyaluronic Acid after I finish Lipovarin??
Does anyone take Lipovarin with other vitamin or nutrition supplement together?

If the Co-Q10 and Hyaluronic Acid does not contain any caffeine or other stimulant that acts on the cardio-vascular system then you can take them together.
Start with a lower dosage and see how it goes.
