haven't tried lipovarin but...

i'm thinking about trying lipovarin. My goal is probably around 15 pounds or so. All of you out there that has lost 15 pounds in a short period of time (1 or 2 months), what would you recommend? i'm pretty open-minded as long as the products are effective and safe. Safe is defined as not being hospitalized as the result of taking the pills.

I am using Lipovarin. I lost 10 pounds in one month easy. I am not taking the full dosage and I exercise 2 - 3 times per month.
There are not serious side effects. If you are a coffee drinker then you will probably have no side effects.
Lipovarin will cut your appetite and also give you energy to work out.
