I just wanted to know how old some of you are. See im 16 and i weigh 189lbs and am about 5'3...Ive been on a diet since Jan. and about a month ago i started working out a Curves. I saw the Trim Spa box in walmart and thought about gettin it...do you think this is wise? So far the dieting and workouts arent doing anything. I want something that will work....but im being reasonable...i dont expect to be skinny the next day...i dont even expect to get skinny..i just want to lose 30lbs tops. Please tell me if you think i should try Trim Spa. And if you think i should...i dont even know if i can buy it. Do you have to be over 18 to buy Trim Spa at Walmart??
Thanks a bunch!
Katie

Hi Katie

I am 29, female, 5'8 and 236 lbs...I started using Trim Spa last week and I've lost 6 pounds from it so far...I think that if you've tried something and it hasn't worked for you, then there's nothing wrong with finding something that will work for you...since Trimspa is ephedra free you should be able to buy it yourself...I would buy some from wally world and try it consistently for a couple weeks and see what happens for you...

I know one of the things they advertise is that you can eat anything with it and still lose weight, but that's not what I'm doing personally...I am looking for a lifestyle change and have been eating healthy, low fat foods 99% of the time while taking Trimspa, as well as exercising, so that combined with the Trimspa can only help speed up the results...I take the carb and fat blockers as well...the carb blocker I take with most all my meals and the fat blocker I take when my hubby and I eat out usually...you just have to give it a go and see if it is right for you...

Going to curves is a good start but long term I don't think its enough. The idea behind curves is a good one dont get me wrong but from what I read the workout there is too short and isn't enough to get your heart rate up for the period of time necessary to burn significant fat. I have friends who have gone and the results are minimal but good for jump starting an exercise routine in itself since it is hard for some people to get motivated to start anyway. Walking 2-3 miles a day at a fast pace would probably do more and doesn't cost a penny.
