i'd like to know if livepurehealth.ca shipping their production over europe or their working only inside country ? also any proofed european webs/sellers of ephedrine will be welcome . thank you

I have been using ephedra for a while now.
And from what I read I see you say that you are using
3 ephedrine pills and 1 caffeine 3 times a day.YOU ARE NUTS if that is what you are doing. STOP it right away.You are only suppose to take 4 ephedrine pills a day max and no more.
For me what works best and was recommended from a specialist is that you take 2 ephedrine pills 1 caffeine pill during the day and another 2ephedrine pills sometime in the afternoon. Some people who take it too late might have bad sleep but I havent felt much of bad sleep cause of it.
Also I don't take any alcohol while on the substance as there are many side effects that can occur and each is different for every person and makes the use of ephedrine pointless.
As for smoking I'm not sure if it effects, but smoking is bad so stop either way

i compared a bunch of sites (including all those listed here and others) and fitshop.ca really does have the best prices, fast and cheap shipping too, under 10 bucks for 600 pills of eph and 200 caffeine pills ...

I've used ephedra on and off for years, but had to stop for a while due to unrelated heart issues. I just recently started using it again. 30mg is too much in a day. Ephedra (from Ma Huang) at 10mg, combined with 95 mg. caffeine and 110 mg salicylate (a baby asprin or from white willow bark) once a day right before your first meal is the best combination for day long energy, appitite suppression and losing excess weight I ever saw. Maxout Body used to sell a prioduct called MaxOut FX that had the above with 50 mg. green tea extract that was perfect. Their new product, PROXYLEAN, uses "legal ephedra" from green Mormon tea, which I'm not sure is as effective.
I used to buy these 8mg pills from popeye's in Halifax. Your body begins to build up a tolerance. I was using them for work at first because of the time I had to get out of bed. (230am), I noticed a huge improvement in energy without the crash associated with caffeine. But, my blood pressure went through the roof. I'm 30 years old 5'10" and 215lbs, my pressure was 140/95, which is huge for someone who is a bit overweight, but in ok shape. I started with a single dose of 24mg, then upped to 2 doses, then 3, and then started upping the dose, 4 pills, 5, and as high as 8 pills(64mg!) 3 times a day.. I couldn't function without them at all, and all I wanted to do was sleep without them. I was hooked big time, my dr. put me on pills to lower my pressure, I stopped taking them, gained the weight back that I had lost, and felt better after about a week..
This stuff is very addictive, but works awesome, I had limitless energy and could work 14 hr shifts lifting up to 80 lbs all day and not get tired, but your tolerance does build up, I was taking 64mg 3 times daily, I was completely out of control and couldn't get through a few hours without it. My wife says I rambled a lot, and all I did was sleep when I didn't have any. stay away from these pills.. They are sold legally as long as the label says decongestant/bronchiodiolator and the single dose is 8mg or less and daily dose is 24mg or less.
In regard to the stupid comment by Cellardoor, everything we eat, breathe, and drink can be dangerous to ourselves and our family. And I bet you have never, ever put anything in your body that would pollute it? I highly doubt it.

i live in the uk. am i allowed to buy these pills in canada and have them shipped to the uk? i don't seem to be able to get them here in any of the health shops. i got them from a body builder once and they were great for shifting fat around my stomach i'd never been able to shift with any amount of abs exercise before. but i think he called them ephedrine not ephedra. is that the same thing?

I found a last January ago 2 bottles of Power Thin that had expired in 2004 in my garage! Still work great!
I lost 20 lbs on on the 1st bottle & because I piddled with the 2nd I haven't lost much cause I was trying to stretch it out knowing it was the last bottle I had! I still have 13-15 very hard to shake lbs to get off. Where can I get some equifilant stuff? I live in the US don't other countries besides Canada have it?
