Ephedra in Canada

Hi, I was wondering if anybody here can tell me where to get Ephedra in Canada? I have phoned all the supplement stores in my city and none of them have it. I was told that it is still banned but nobody was ure.

i ordered from an American site called . you can buy ephedra in Canada, but i don't think it can be combined with caffine...i think that is what they told me whe i was looking to buy locally!

Not sure if it's illegal in Canada but I do know that our company is limited to mailing no more than two bottles at once to Canada. Sounds like your best bet is to order from US company. Good Luck.

I just bought some ephedra in Canada. I went to a smaller, independent supplement store and he had it behind the counter. I believe it is only legal in smaller doses - 8mg?

Sports Nutrition Depot sells it but are often sold out ... sndcanada.com gives locations

Have you used the tabs with 8mg? So only 8mg and weight loss worked for 9lbs for 5 days ?

Ephedra, combined with caffiene and a few other substances is very harmful for your body. It's just not good for your health. Sure, you can control dosages, but you can control dosages of heroin and it won't kill you either. I'm not saying ephedra is like heroin, but just don't use it. There is no need, and it is no where close to the risk to yourself or your family. If you're looking for weight loss in drugs, it's just temporary weight loss. If you don't learn how to maintain body weight through diet and exercise, then you'll gain it all back, guaranteed.

So, why not just learn a little bit about health and nutrition? You'll save money, won't pollute your body with unnecessary drugs, and you'll make for a positive example for family and friends. It's a win all around.

To the person who lost 9lbs in 5 days: What is your weight and height and did you exercise daily? Thats a lot of weight to lose in 5 days I'm just a little curious.

I ordered from sndonline.net a few days back...I found it to be pretty damned cheap considering I was getting the good pure stuff. I ordered the larger bottle simply because it was cheaper to do so and I know it will get used eventually. Turned out to be about $.11 per pill and they ship free for orders over $100...

This should supply me for approximately 8 months (130 days worth and I plan on cycling 2 week on and 2 weeks off)

I'm already taking an ECA stack with 25mg ephedrine alkaloids and 225mg caffeine and have not been having any issues with sleeping. Further, I've seen a massive increase in energy, and have lost about 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks.

However, my calorie intake has been around 1400 calories and have been exercising every day. While I felt like I was starving the first 3-4 days, I actually feel better than normal now - I guess it takes a few days for the body to adjust. I only have about 40 lbs to lose in total, but I've seen some pretty massive changes (for the better) with just a few minor lifestyle changes...ie: no more pizza etc. Strictly high protein, low carb tons tons of veggies. My Dr. actually recommended this diet and it has been working wonderfully.
