Hello, working girls! I’m a working girl myself and I went through hell dieting at work until I came across this great plan. Actually, this isn’t even a real diet; it’s more of a series of small changes in work life that’ll help you control those pounds!
First of all, you should avoid stress as much as possible. Stress causes the secretion of corthizol, a hormone determining pounds to settle on belly and buttocks. How? By exercising as often as possible. Get out of your office for 30 seconds and climb the scairs, or visit that favorite colleague of yours to the other office down the hallway.
On your lunch break, have a light veggie salad or boiled chicken without sauces or bread. I used to have problems eating chocolate; I just couldn’t stop! I got 15 pounds like this! Substitute chocolate with fruit. Fruit, especially carbs like those in apples, bananas, mandarins, suppresses appetite and provide body with the right vitamins.

Thanks, Corinne! Boy, I really hope that works, because I spend 10 hours a day at work and it feels like my whole life’s there Crying or Very sad ! Though it’s gonna be hard, as I can’t stop chewing something while working, especially before I get my period!

I used to have that problem, too and I guess it’s normal, because I heard of many colleagues of mine going through that. I simply started to eat more meals each with fewer calories. If you really yearn for sweets and want to give them up try taking 1 chrome tablet a day, but no more than 10 a month. Chrome tablets suppress sweet appetite. Tell me how it worked!
