hey, guys! I got something great for you! A cheap diet! I know, it sounds almost impossible! Plus, recipes for lunch and dinner are conceived for four , so that you won’t have to cook separately.
Day 1: Lunch: Ingredients: 750 g of green beans, 4 medium schnitzels, 4 spoons of oil, 200g tomatoes, 1 red anion, 3 spoons of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of mustard.
Boil the green beans for 10 minutes, cut the schnitzels in slim slices and cook them with 2 spoons of oil. Mix the beans with the schnitzels and sliced tomatoes and add salt and pepper. Take the anion separately and cook it with 2 spoons of oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper. The two mixtures are put together.
Dinner: Ingredients: 1 anion, 1 carrot, salad, 1 spoon of oil, food base, 150g of caned tomatoes, 300g of beans, 50g of spinach, salt, pepper, 2 spoons of parmesan.
Cook the anion, carrot and small cut salad in oil for a couple of minutes (the salad for 1 minute only). Add tomatoes, beans, food base and 500 ml water. Boil them for 10 minutes, then add spinach, salt and pepper.
Day 2: Lunch: Ingredients: 200 g of rice, salt, 2 carrots, 100 g of boiled ham, 2 eggs, 4 spoons of oil, 50g of canned peas.
Boil the rice. Cut the carrots and the ham in small pieces and then cook them together with the rice in 2 spoons of oil. Add the mixture of eggs, salt and 2 spoons of oil in the same recipient.
Dinner: Ingredients: 600 g of potatoes, 600g of fish fillet, salt, 2 eggs, 2 slices of black bread, parsley, mustard, 4 spoons of oil, 200 g of food base and cream.
Boil the potatoes in peel, then peel it off and cook them with 2 spoons of oil. Roll the fish fillet in egg and flour, then cook it in 2 spoons of oil. Take the cream, food base, parsley and mustard and make a sauce out of them. Put everything together on a plate.
Day 3: Lunch: Ingredients: 400g fish fillet, salt, pepper, 2 spoons of lemon juice, 400g of pasta, green anions, 2 tomatoes, 2 spoons of oil and food base.
Cut the fish small, salt it, pepper it and mix it with the lemon juice. Cook it in oil together with the small cut veggies. Add food base and pasta.
Dinner: Ingredients: 2 green peppers, 100 g of ham, 1 spoon of vinegar, mustard, 3 green anions, slat, pepper, 1 teaspoon of oil, 4 slices of black bread.
Cut the ham small and put it in a small boll, then add round cut anions and sliced green peppers. Make a sauce out of vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, 2 spoons of water, oil and parsley, then pour it in the boll. You can eat it with bread.

You never said anything about breakfast? Is there no breakfast at all? If so, I don’t think it’s ok. The morning meal is the most important. Besides, looks to me like starvation. What, no snacks, either? |

I’m sorry, Cyrill! It just slipped my mind. For breakfast, most indicated are fruit and cereals, milk and banana and veggie salads. Of course there are snacks, too. Anytime you feel like it, between meals, you can suppress your appetite with apples, oranges, pears or a small fat free yoghurt or 100 g cow cheese. Hope that helps, keep in touch! |

| Another cheap one that is very healthy is shapeworks by Herbalife. It is only 32 dollars and last for over two weeks! you do the math, that will save you money because that is cheaper than any food you can buy. It is very healthy too and all natural. I've used it with great success; I've lost 6 lbs already and been doing it for 2 weeks. If you are interested email me at ske53@yahoo.com |
